How to Stay Awake Without Caffeine

As an off and on caffeine junkie, I have been interested in ways to get energy besides caffeine. From what I've read caffeine has its benefits however it does cause dehydration and creates acid in your body which causes slower recovery after a workout. Most of the ideas shared in this list are from a website called "50 Ways to Boost Your Energy Without Caffeine" found on noed.org (nursing online database).
