Sometimes when we are out and about, we get a chance to observe the many things people are wearing. Some outfits look perfectly normal. Some look just a little off-beat. Others just look like they have been thrown together at random in a pitch-black room. And this is not just about clothes. Sometimes this holds true for some of the accessories (scarves, jewelery, etc.) as well. Rate according to how "abnormal" these things look. Five stars for "completely outrageous", and one star for "not too bad". As usual, ideas are welcome. 5 = Great
