In 1972 a "third-rate" burglary started a chain of events that ultimately destroyed the Nixon presidency. Here are the people who were either convicted, indicted. implicated, suspected, investigated, or who testified as a result of their associations in the one of the greatest scandals of American politics. Some of these people were certainly free of guilt in the scandal, while others were deeply mired in it. The rating system is based on degree of guilt. 5 = Most Guilty
