Although the spoiler alert is now officially unecessary, I thought there might still be some who had yet to see the fate of Darth Vader unravel...
On this lists, you can rate each Star Wars character's death based upon how good you thought it was. So far, I am only taking into account the deaths seen in the films, so to avoid problems with Palpatine and arguments over canonicity. But I may update it at some point.
