Local (RIA) "Experts"

This was inspired by some commentary on the "Improvements to RIA" list, in which it was postulated that we have, among our number, a fair number of "experts" in various topics. What follows is a list of topics. Your mission, should you choose to accept it is to pick the one (or more) reviewers who you see as the expert(s) in that field.
