Inappropriate Places to Talk on a Cell Phone

It hasn't been cool to talk own a cell phone since Zach Morris had one on Saved By the Bell, yet so many people seemingly think otherwise. Everyone's got one, it's like wearing a shirt and shoes, and there needs to be some standards set in place for the good of society.
