Coolest Person in the World

Surely the most disputed and opinion-based thing in the history of humanity - coolness. Coolness cannot be measured, or put on a scale (not even through Kudos counting). I am going to try my best to come as close to quantifying Kudos as I can. So here, please rate each person on the list (fictional or real), by pressing the yellow 'Rate It' button on the right, and I can come that little bit closer to answering the $1,000,000 question: "Who Is The Coolest Person In The World?" N.B. Not everyone on this list is necessarily cool! People who have been suggested (e.g P Diddy or Federline) have just been added without consideration.
