Roman Emperors

Emperors, Caesars, and rulers of the Roman empire from the assassination of Julius Caesar to the dissolution of the Empire. Some are famous, some are obscure, and some cannot truly be said to have ruled. Leave your opinion with five stars being best. I have left out (for now) some of the more obscure of the multiple "barracks" emperors of the 3rd century, when there were often two or three at once.
