Political Leaders and Thinkers Who Have Dramatically Changed Political Allegiances as an Adult

These are people who have undergone a serious change in political philosophy. Usually, it takes some extreme experiences to change somebody's mind after they are 25 years old - either being burned by friends, or being mugged, arrested, or disillusioned by hypocricy.
