The Federal Bureau of Investigation evolved out of an unnamed force created by the U.S. Attorney General in 1908. The President appoints the Director with confirmation from the senate. Since Hoover, the director's term cannot exceed 10 years. Rate the following directors since the usually accepted date for creation of the FBI. 5 = Great
