Don't use this realty company as a rental agency. Even though you have a lease for a specified time, ours was for a summer rental 4 months through July 31, they still require a written 30 day notification that you will be moving out. We cleaned the apartment. Spotless. They knew we were moving out and still won't return our security deposit. Pure crap!!!
