I visit the store a few times throughout the year. Each time I go in I find something new and walk out with it. I have found furniture for each room in my house. The staff is so informative when it comes to each and every piece in the store. They also give helpful hints on how to maintain the look, luster of the items that I am interested in. They also have ideas on how to improve and inhance the items I purchase. Not only do they have vintage furnishing for your house but also a clothing store with things that our parents wore back in the day that are now in style. Anything found on an old episode of Dance Fever, American Band Stand or Soul Train can be found in the store. For those of you that have no idea where to find these stores, just travel down Goverment Street and look for the female mannequin dressed up with the white hat on her head.

The Honeymoon Bungalow is one of the most interesting, eclectic antique shops in Baton Rouge. The store contains all sorts of collectibles from the 1800s to the 1960s. You will find everything from Civil War tintypes to 1960s lunchboxes, and 1960s vintage clothing to figurines from pre-WWII Japan. The pricing is very reasonable, and bring negotiating skills, because the owner is often willing to make deals on larger purchases. The atmosphere is relaxed, with '60s blues and jazz pumping through the store speaker system. Have a great time!

Highland Road Antiques is always on my list of places to visit when I'm in Baton Rouge. It's a pleasure to browse through a shop with quality merchandise.

Five stars are not nearly enough! Dr. Mayfield is an excellent physician who is warm, patient, considerate, attentive and *extremely* thorough. His staff is also friendly and knowledgeable. Expect a small wait when you visit. As I said, Dr. Mayfield is very thorough. He will give you the same time and attention as the person before you. That's what makes him good. One could not ask for better care.
