Extemely poor customer service the second they recived payment. I have used others & will not go with the cheap price again. Wrong vehicle, no notice, late, and very very very dirty

This company ships high quality boats all over the world. They are only five minutes from the main port facility in Jacksonville. First class operation!

This is about the Enterprise located at 4303 Atlantic Boulevard, Jacksonville 32207. The car was being provided by an insurance company. First the person on the other end of the phone couldnt figure out if I was "in range" of their pickup service, even though we were in the same zip code. I suggested mapquest but she didn't seem to hear me. They just about shoved the "OPTIONAL INSURANCE" down my throat too. I had to say "no" multiple times and finally asked her to stop. Finally my insurance represenative told me I needed to return the car Monday - a day this location happened to be closed. There is no key return box at this location either. Figuring they have spare keys (which they do, but not at THIS location) and not wanting to leave the car unlocked with the key in it, I put the key under the visor and locked it up. They charged me $42.80 for locking the key in the car, and when I complained the girl hung up on me. When talking to the manager (Carlos I think) he simply said I needed to return the car at the airport b/c they are open 24/7 to avoid the charge! None of this was explained to me! To top it off the rental rate was only $22 a day.

Lovely hotel. The service was great. Professional staff. Nice interior. Clean rooms. Nice food and service. The beds were adjustable to set the firmness or softness you desire.

I paid $159. for shipping and handling a shadow box collage I made...not much money to some, but this was a special gift for someone supporting my mom and I through our times of financial distress. When I read NAVIS website they advertised they ship artwork for museums and hard to ship items.... I worked so hard on my collage shadow box I was afraid it would arrive in pieces. JoAnn Bond and her daughter were very nice and reassuring - JoAnn explained that they would build the box after my shadow box was properly insulated. I still insured the package for $100 and went on my way. JoAnn emailed me photos of the finished box but I didn't know how it was packaged on the inside until it arrived to California. I asked my friend to film himself opening his gift. He filmed the box - the box looked the same condition as it was sent. Then he lifted the package out of the box, You could hear the distinct sound of the broken glass on the video and there seem to be 1 maybe 2 layers of bubble plastic around the shadow box and that's all. The glass damaged the wood of the frame everywhere. JoAnn became very preoccupied about getting all kinds of proof and photos and i am thinking....well, she is helping me with my insurance claim so I gave her all kinds of photos of the damage, but it was photos of the box that she wanted which I have a clear video of. She seemed sure that her shipping vendor, UPS Supply Chain Solutions was at fault and she kept insisting on photos of the box when it arrived. I have the video and I told her the box itself was in perfect condition. NAVIS and it's shoddy packaging is at fault. She was using my resources and photos for her own internal claim between NAVIS and UPS. And she is refusing to reimburse me for the $100. I insured package for --she tackily offered to replace the shadowbox. I have to hire someone in California to recreate my shadow box - I am entitled to the $100. I insured this for. I worked in the shipping business for 5 years and there was no customer service here. This is not the last they will hear about this either.

called them up for airport drop off 6 hours in advance.they assured there wont be any problem.driver shows up 1 hour and 15 minutes late at the pick up place.driver asked money for gas.missed flight and next days work and pay.
