I’m glad that I chose Musca to represent me for my license hearing, and I’m confident that they were the perfect choice for the job. I will be allowed to keep my license until the trial which means I’ll be allowed to keep my delivery job running until then. I am currently deciding which lawyer will represent me for the actual trial, and I am already sure that I’ll be sticking with Musca because I’ve already seen their results, and I’d like to see what else they can do for me.

I was facing charges of both driving while intoxicated and leaving the scene of an accident in Jacksonville. These charges could have been very dangerous for me, as I had just started a new job. I turned to Musca to see what help they could offer me. Their DUI attorney started working on my case the second he showed up, and it wasn’t long before he was able to get the DUI charge completely removed. We’ll be fighting the other charge next month.

I was chosen as designated driver for my friend’s graduation in Jacksonville. I had not had anything to drink, but I was accused of being drunk when we were pulled over by the police. The police devoted almost no time to my tests, and decided to charge me anyway. I was afraid that I would be found guilty, but my Musca Law DUI attorney was able to disqualify all of the tests very early on in the trial, and was able to dismiss for lack of evidence.

This firm was awesome when it was Leigh James and Associates. When the company split Kenny Leigh and Associates turned into shit. I went with the guys that left because they knew everything and treated me fairly. The people working for Kenny Leigh would send me emails with nothing in them and then charged me for those emails. The guys that left started their own firm called Hunt Green and James. Don't waste your time with Kenny Leigh, there crooks.

My Musca Law attorney made all the difference in my trial. I’ve never been in a courtroom in my life, but he fully prepared me to give testimony. I know his efforts had everything to do with the lenient sentence that I received.

Divorce is the most difficult time for many including me. My divorce went all the way to a mandatory settlement conference. During each step, Kenny Leigh of Leigh, James & Associates told me the goals and direction. He was professional in court and my outcome was better than I had hoped due to his research and dilligence. Kenny helped me understand the legal documents and what steps to take in the future for modification when or if I needed it. He responded quickly to my e-mail and always helped. If you need and attorney for your divorce, I would recommend Kenny Leigh. I tried to divorce without an attorney to avoid the cost. It turned into a fight. I needed representation and found Kenny. He is high quality divorce attorney at a reasonable price.
