'I came from Straight Talk by Walmart. No phone selection, can't swap SIM cards, coverage limited by agreement with carriers dumped Straight Talk real quick. Found Airvoice and I am really happy with the coverage and I can choose what phone I want. Using a former T-Mob unlocked Samsung T619. I don't use 3G, and if what the other poster says is true will just make payment M-F. I can put this Airvoice GSM SIM card in any unlocked phone, and coverage is great where I live in Florida. All I can say is check the coverage map of the areas you are in before you buy. It is on the AT&T prepaid network, and does not work in places like Montana. No additional coverage limitations like Straight Talk, works on the full AT&T prepaid like an expensive GO Phone. For me this is a great deal at $39.95 unlimited T&T. Like I said check the coverage and get this great deal if it works where you live. Dave Larsen http://www.airvoicewireless.com/PlanB.aspx

I have chosen Chucks in 2 occasions in where my two different TV's have needed repairs. Both times they came into my home and repaired both TV's with no issues as of today I have no problems with my TV. As for the reviewer that claim he/she was charged $500 they let you know before they start work on your TV how much it will cost and what the problem is, you then either agree to repair or you don't. It seems to me the person wanted the repairs done for FREE and nothing in life is ever FREE pay up and deal with it.

This is a response to the previous comments. When I left the home, the TV had a beautiful picture and was working perfectly except that the remote did not function with the TV. In our defense, the unit did have a difficult problem, which we did repair. We did take too long to return the unit and for this we sincerely apologize, even though there were extenuating circumstances. We only charged $145 for labor. The part was $230, the trip charge was preapproved before we ever went out and it was $75. This comes to $450 and the tax was $31.50. Which comes to $481.50. All of this work was pre-approved. When we got there, the unit would shut down immediately and our tech never checked the remote, because that is not what we were called out for. The tech only used the front panel power button since the TV had a shut down problem. When the unit was delivered, the unit was cleaned and had a much better picture than when we got there. Then the remote was tested and found to be not functioning. We troubleshot the unit and found that the control panel on the front of the TV that receives the signal was not functioning properly. I asked if the customer would like to replace this board and she responded with a "no". It turns out that manufactures have begun to make these front control panels more complex and they have now started failing. This is new, because in the past, they have been very simple boards and inexpensive. I also found out after further research back in the shop, that these new boards are now very expensive.

I am having a problem with the new wireless cell phone service that I signed up for in February of 2010. The company called, Airvoice Wireless/Airvoice Unlimited, is apparently practicing very unethical and deceptive business practice, and I am interested in finding out how many others in the Atlanta area have been victimized by this company.

On Monday, March 21, 2010, I attempted to make my first payment by following the instructions on the brochure that a local agent gave me. When I gave the Western Union agent my cell phone number, the name Airvoice was nowhere to be found. I told the WU agent to go ahead and process my payment because my minutes had already expired and I needed my service back on in order to operate my business. After 2 hours, I called Airvoice and asked how long until my service is restored, and was told that there is no record of my having made a payment even though I had a receipt from Western Union. I was then given a completely different set of instructions from what is listed on their brochure as to how to make the payment. I followed those instructions, which included purchasing some type of card from another company unaffiliated with Airvoice, then using Paypal to make the payment. Did this, but still Airvoice refused to turn my service back on, however debited the payment of $50 from my bank account. This company has taken a total of $100 from me, yet refuses to restore my cell phone service, giving me one excuse after another -- the runaround.

I have filed a complaint with the Georgia Attorney General's Office, and the FCC, however I want the general public to be aware of this company -- to steer clear of them. I would also like them to lose their rights to conduct any further business within the state of Georgia, and eventually nationwide. In the meantime, it would be nice to get my money back!

Blacksonville offers a one-stop shop for marketing, graphic and web design services. The firm is very big on community building and does a lot for Jacksonville in the education, media, and nonprofit sector. I recommend Blacksonville to everyone I know, if not as a service provider, simply as an information and resource guide.
