If not for the bad economy, I would have nothing to do with this place. Seems like they are in the business of just filling seats and not fitting the best talent with the best positions. I often wonder if they even look at resumes before they assign. Professionalism and customer service is lacking in the recruiters and support staff. For example... I was sent to an assignment this morning only to be turned away because Kelly had the start date incorrect. WTF? Very seldom do I hear a good word about this place. A recovered economy would put this place out of business and I would be happy for it gone.

As a long time customer of Safetouch Security, I have nothing but good things to say about this company. The monitoring station has always responded in seconds to every alarm I have had. The service department has always been prompt and courteous. I continue to recommend their services to all my friends and families.

What a joke this group is! I don't have enough room (or time) to write all the calamities I've endured with this deceitful group of people. Let me add - untrained, unprofessional and very, very rude group of people. Once they get your business - you are STUCK - with poor service all the way around. Choose anyone other than these guys. If you don't...remember this...you will be like me, typing in your 'experiences' with Safe Touch instead of having the safety and security you expected when you signed up. Just google Safe Touch reviews - I'm only one of hundreds that have had the same experiences...

My husband just passed away. When he was alive, we hired these crooks to take over his car payments, in case something happened to him. Now that he has passed on, they say they expired the policy before his death. They just happened to do it ahead of time. No warning or anything. They just wanted the money and then to disappear when it was time to do something.

I just was not sure how to take a hold of the things I needed to do to be able to insure my house and the rest of my belongings. Thanks to Moss Insurance I was able to do that and in the way I wanted.

My family is comprised by senior citizens, adults and some children... When we sat down and started questioning the agent I got about the insurance policies I needed, my family stated questioning as well. After all, an insurnace policy is something that everybody has to know about, but the agent was ill mannered and tempered.
