NOLAYankee reviewed Fidelity Homestead Association - 1201 S Carrollton Ave in New Orleans Loans & Mortgages:

I was hoping that working with a smaller, local bank would get rid of some of the problems I've had with Capital One. (It was GREAT when it was Hibernia) Fidelity does not inform you that all new accounts are penalized by having FH place a 5 day hold on deposits for the first month of the accounts existence. This means that when you deposit a check, FH holds your money for 5 days AFTER the check has cleared. Needless to say my search for a bank with integrity that does business in an honest straightforward manner continues. I wonder if such an institution actually exists.

WorthlessA reviewed Wolfe Law Group in New Orleans Attorneys (General):

I hired Douglas S. Reiser from Wolfe Law Group, LLC in May, 2009. It's my oppinion that me being 100% disabled and blind I had horrible lawyer representation. It's also my oppinion that he was ill prepared and very non-aggressive. Most of the time I didn't have a clue to what was happening with my case. Most of the time I felt as if he was representing the opposing party. I will not reccomend him or his law firm for any reason.
