The facility is decent and is adequately equipped and they offer free classes such as spinning and yoga. Some of the staff at the front desk were a bit on the snotty side but the trainers and class instructors (ie Erica, Mike, Helen, Tanzy, etc) were friendly and helpful.
However, I do NOT recommend this gym because the owner is greedy and dishonest. I personally asked the owner to cancel my membership and he smiled and appeared to oblige. I watched as he pull up my record on the computer and then he clicked his mouse a couple of times and said, "okay it's done." I asked him when the cancellation would be effective and he specifically said June 12. Then I notice two months later that he was STILL billing me! I called the gym and explained the situation to the staff member who answered the phone. At first I was thinking it was just a silly mistake. The employee went to talk to the owner and relayed the message to me, which was, "He says that you told him you were thinking about canceling your membership but you weren't sure." That is COMPLETE BS. I clearly told him I wanted to cancel my membership and he even verbally told me the date that my cancellation would take effect (June 12). He KNEW that I canceled my membership and he continued to bill me and he made up that stupid LIE to cover his tracks. Please do NOT support DISHONEST business owners.
And Claire87, you seem to have some reading comprehension problems. Anne8 did not say she was taking antidepressants. She said it was either antidepressants or the gym and she obviously chose the gym. And even if she was taking antidepressants you shouldn't be using that against. her. Way to go for discriminating against people who are (allegedly or truly) mentally ill.

Lol, I was just scrolling down to read the rest of the review and I discovered that one of my ex-roommates also wrote a review complaining about the EXACT same thing! I was surprised yet not surprised. What does THAT tell you about this establishment?
