I will not take my car to them again. They are rather expensive. I have a problem with trusting mechanics and they have added to my distrust. I took my Buick LeSabre there. I knew that I my anti-freeze coolant was leaking. I talked with them about the problem and asked them did they check it and I was told that they did. I did not have them do the repairs for this problem. They fixed something else. When I checked my coolant after picking up my car from them, the coolant was completely empty, which means they lied. They better watch how they treat their customers because word of mouth travels. I will let everyone I know to never take their car to this repair shop. Years ago they worked on another vehicle of mine but this will be the last time I deal with them. I hope they will read this review.

chuck did an awsome job on my truck! i had a picture taken and thought it was on here. but he did camo on my truck, 10inch lift, new awsome hood dodge, cover on back of truck, my wheels he gave me a great deal and they are the brand Foreged they started flacking and i'm taking it by tomorrow 5/14/2011, and he said if they were flacking they would replace them. now how awsome and how more honest of a person can or could you ever have as a dealer!!!!!!!!!!!!! chuck also got me a great deal on my mickey thompson tires, all terrain, 37x18x14 1/2 they are awsome! chuck's line-a-bed is the place to go for any accessories you need for your truck or cars and he is the most honest person i've ever known!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

terrible place to leave your. someone there tried to break into my by prying my door open, they denied doing it but later the guy said that he did check out my expensive speakers and amplifier that i had in my trunk. I explained to him that, thats bad business. I said i brought my car to get some electrical work done and not for him to be checking out my sound system. Basically, they noticed that i had expensive equipment in my car and someone there tried to pry my door open to get the equipment in the process destroying my door leaving me to foot the bill. My personal advice is to never go to this company they will certainly rip you off.

Had a rear window shatter in my '95 Volvo 850 wagon. Called the Safe* guys...almost 900.00 with their discount!!! Called Steve at Low Price. His price was so low, that I had them replace my cracked (for 4 years) windshield at the same time. They came to my house THE NEXT DAY and installed the rear glass and the windshield for less than HALF the price that the other guys quoted for just the rear glass. Steve was great. Called me about the glass and I paid what he quoted me on the phone, even though I needed a new moulding. No problem. I wish they had more than 5 stars for ratings! What a great bunch of pros! Thanks Steve and your field crew for a great job!

Thanks again for your excellent workmanship-as always-in the repair of our Toyota Forerunner. Brent and Crystal were very friendly-yet professional-in the manner in which they handled everything. It is refreshing to be able to entrust the body work on our vehicles to a firm like yours-knowing that the job will be "first class." Bought a car and it broke down the next day. They made me pay for tow truck. Then said they would fix car. However, they put the wrong parts on that were already broken and had been glued together. The car had been wrecked and they did not share that detail with me before buying. I will never go back and would not recommend to anyone. Not even my worst enemy.

The receptionist (her name was Tata?) was rude and short with me. Everything was fine except that I asked if they offered rentals. They said they would have a rental there for me, but said nothing about the complimentary shuttle service. The rental was not there, the guy had to call to have the rental come out, and from the way they talked on the phone, they were clearly buddies. Still nothing about the free shuttle service. I only found out because I over heard another lady using it. Gee, maybe I'd like a free driver? I spoke with Andre who was nice enough (I say that sarcastically) to listen to my complaint but didn't offer to do anything to help. Just said "ok, have a nice day".
