Buyer beware! This company recently had their BBB accreditation revoked due to failure to respond to consumer complaints. Personally, I had a horrible experience with this company. Terrible service, awful workmanship. After receiving several estimates, I decided to go with Naples for a complete tear-off of my roof. (They were not the least expensive, either.) Since then, my roof has had major leaks in different spots, and they refused to do anything about it. I am now receiving estimates for another complete tear off, because there has been so much water damage and mold growth in my attic. It’s a shame that contractors do not stand behind their work anymore.
