I went for a full color only after telling the stylist I am broke and cannot afford to cut my hair right now only color it she colored my hair. I went to pay for it and it turned out to be $93.00!! I assumed she put something special in my hair seeing as it was only $55.00 for a full color. I even gave her a tip. As soon as I walked outside y mom said the top of my hair was red and the bottom was dark. I was just going to let it go because I am passive like that. I got home and I looked at my receipt I realized she charged me $28.00 for a style! I was mad because before she started blow drying my hair I directly told her I am going right home to sleep DO NOT BOTHER STYLING MY HAIR. She blew my hair dry and that was it. I called to complain and the person answering the phone said a blow dry is a style! $28.00 to blow dry my hair...not even round brushing! How else would I see the color if she didnt blow dry my hair?I am pissed but swallowed the fact I wasted more money! I washed my hair in color protectant shampoo and what happened? The whole bottom of my hair washed out all of the color! I will never go back..De Beradinis is owned by the same person assuming with the same service standards! If you go and dont want to get screwed over tell them dont blow dry your hair and no other services will be needed ..she tried to get me for a hand massage thank god I said no or I would have been charged for that too!

I have been looking for a good place to have my eye brows shaped (You won't believe my "horror stories" with eye brows waxing!) I had a great experience at the Village Browery. The service is excellent and the owner takes all the time needed to measure and find out the best eye brows shape for your face. Not only that. She explains to you what the final product is going to look like and she give you a "plan". This is my first time and my eyes look so much better with my eye brows' new shape. I cannot wait for next month to continue my "plan"!

I love this place! They are so friendly and do a great job. They are very fast too. I have a very busy lifestyle so I love that I never have to have an appt. and they get me in and out quickly.

I went here for the first time because I just moved to Buffalo and heard that everywhere is sooo expensive! A girl at work told me about it and I couldn't have been happier!!!! The place was really cute and all the girls who worked there were really young and soooo nice! They also all looked normal (sometimes you go to salons and they have crazy hair). haha anyways, I went to Michelle and she was amazing, when she washed my hair she gave me a head massage and everything, my color and cut is amazing and Im never going anywhere else! They also have very cheap prices and student discounts!!!! this is definitely the place to go!!!

I took my 12 year old daughter in for a wash, cut, and style at checkout I was informed that it would be $20.95 for the wash, cut and style and an additional $10 for the flat iron. I won't be returning anytime soon.

Bad attitude from workers. Very stuck up, every time! It has been dirty on multiple occasions. Ive had to wait and wait for the girls to clean a bed. Just about every time i walk in, they're standing around chatting or on the phone. Which normally i wouldn't mind but when you are making me stand there and wait for 10 minutes to get into a room, thats when i mind! Also, way over priced for tanning and lotions considering tan lines extreme is not too far away and always has good specials! Thats where you will find me from now on!

I HAVE BEEN TO MANY TANNING SALONS AND SUN CAPSULE IS BY FAR THE BEST. I AM ONE OF THOSE WHO TAN VERY FAST. ONE SESSION I WAS TAN. FOR THE OTHER SALONS IT WOULD HAVE TAKIN @ LEAST 3 SESSIONS. THE STAFF IS GREAT VERY CLEAN. I WILL NEVER TAN ANYWHERE ELSE. SUN CAPSULE IS A 10 IN MY BOOK. SO WHAT ARE YOU WAITING 4 GO GET THE BEST TAN EVER!!!!!!!
