You can do 24/7 online banking, but they do not have 24/7 online support. When you are logging in sometimes they ask you security questions that are not even yours, then you get locked out because you don't know the correct answer, says don't worry about it, if you get it wrong we will ask you a different question, however the next question is not mine either. So it is Sunday so now I can't pay my bills which will now may be a day late because of the cut off dates. If they are going to have 24/7 online access they need 24/7 support like State Farm does.

They do a good job. I am in here quite often and they are always nice and professional. It's nice to still have quality customer service.
