I have visited this location twice and both times came out dissatisfied. The first time I took my kids to buy a used game, but the selection was very poor and the prices were very high. The second time we visited we needed to get a spring put back in the opening of our Playstation 2 system. This would have taken them less than 1 minute, but they refused to even look at it for less than $40. We took it somewhere else and they put it in for free in about 30 seconds. Will never patronize this establishment again. Absolutely no customer service.

These people took care of my unit when no one else was even willing to try. They were up front and honest and easy to deal with. Definitely will recommend them.

Inquired about equipment we had purchased elsewhere years ago and Robert still helped us get up and running when we had a problem. Above and beyond the call.

I was trying to transfer files from one xbox 360 hard drive to another. Best buy wanted $59 plus the cost of the transfer kit. Gameco on North Oak did it for free. They let me use their transfer kit and tv and even helped me when I had a question. Saved me some money. They also told me they update the boxes to the newest software for free which Geek Squad charges $40 to do.

Can almost do it all, there name says it all..Never had any major problems,the store is always willing to work with you.Love this lil Ghetto...

I have dealt with this B&O store since i moved to Kansas City because they are the only store in the area. Owner Kirk, is very rude, unless someone is buying $5K of products each visit, many no shows to install speakers. I ended up purchasing new set of speakers from St. Louis and paying the guy to drive to KC, install, and go back. Owner had his brother Andrew join, and things changed dramatically, so i started purchasing smaller items here and there. I move to Iowa and there are no B&O, so i contacted Andrew explaining the situation and that i have a fundraising event where i needed the systems as soon as possible. Andrew gave me a $200-$250 estimate to fix something minor on the B&O 9000 and with an estimate turnaround time of 2 weeks. I had the system sent to Kansas City. I got a call from Andrew indicating he received it and that it was on its way to being fixed. 2 weeks later i called and there was no return call, 3rd week, the same thing, after several calls, it turned out that Andrew is no longer there and that the owner, the worst person you would ever want to deal with, was going to call me back. I got no returned call back. 3 weeks later, i called and Kirk picked the phone because he was the only person in the store. Has was frustrated that i asked about the Beo9000. knowing of the fundraising event deadline, he claimed that he was waiting for me to approve an estimate of $450, which he never even sent to me. when i told him about Andrew's estimate of cost and time, he got even more rude and said, i will send your Beo900 to Chicago and have them fix it for you...in an effort to cost more more money and prolong the service. I am having my sister pick up the system monday morning.

Apple is leading humanity into an optimistic future. Seriously. This company represents the best of humanity. Their design is so advanced that it inspires almost everyone. The same can be said for their retail business model. Have you ever noticed that their stores are not ABOUT making sales? They don't EVER push you to buy anything. They NEVER hang 30% OFF!!! signs in their windows. They simply welcome you in and do anything in their power to help you with whatever it is you might think you need.
