This school does not live up to its word. AVOID IT!!!!! They are not helping students, but taking their money out of there pockets. I am not a disgruntled student, but this is only the truth.. If youlive in Kansas do not attend NAU Overland Park. They are liars and cheats.

This is the best daycare/ preschool ever! The staff are very compassionate, the rates are very reasonable and the children get a top notch education!. I son has progressed so far in the last few months, we can hardly believe it.

I too went to Lincoln High School in the early 70s and loved it. Principle Brown and Asst. Principle Dr. Mumall knew you personally and cared about you. The teachers took an interest in you and encouraged you to excel. I loved going to the ball games & running track. I went onto graduate school, however I agree with you in that it is a challenge to get a quality education in public schools. No reflection on the teachers, I think it’s more politics. I did have to study hard and audit a few college courses. When I graduated from LHS I had administrative skills (filing, typing, & shorthand) that enabled me to get a job, which helped finance my college education. I agree LHS is definitely the best school in the district.

We've been using this daycare since I started back to school in June 2009. I had been a telecommuter, so keeping my son home with me wasn't a problem. Going back to school, though, meant finding childcare. I toured the facility, spoke with teachers and the owner, checked references, and decided to try them out. I'm so glad I did! My son has had a blast there and has really blossomed. As an only child, he wasn't getting a lot of social interaction being home with Mommy all day, and the teachers are great with giving the kids attention. In fact, all the teachers know my child's name, not just the ones in his class! I have been very impressed with that! Not only has he grown socially, but his mental development has just taken off! The classrooms are decorated with stimulating pictures, the alphabet, numbers, colors, shapes, and shatterproof mirrors. Teachers play games, sing songs, and work on things like ABCs and 123s. The kiddos have all manner of toys to play with, and sharing is definitely encouraged! ;) My son just moved up to the 2-yr-old room, and they're already working on potty training! In fact, his teachers and I are working together to coordinate our potty training efforts! I'm just so very happy with this service so far. Yes, the menu looks the same week after week, but so do school menus. The most important thing is that the menu offered is packed with well-balanced nutrition. My son's pediatrician really approved of what was being offered when I showed her. I haven't smelled or seen any mold yet, so I'm not sure how to respond to that statement. Perhaps it's in the other building? I really find it hard to believe since they seem to really take care of everything.

I went in to get a massage, the therapist removed my necklace during the massage. About 3 days later I remembered that she did not give my necklace back and called about it. Instead of telling me the necklace could not be found, they are saying the therapist gave the necklace back to me, which is a lie. The owner Andrea Ferguson made it as if I was lieing about the situation because according to her they have been in business for 20 years and nothing has come up missing in whole time of operating. What does that have to do with my necklace? Better yet students come and go, so how can she be certain that this new student did not steal my necklace? Stay away from this place. Pinnacle Career Institute is a better place.

First off, if you check other sites with reviews by "Jenitar26" or a similar screen name, you can clearly tell from the thumbnail that it is a lady who works in the school's office. Don't be swept in by Kristen Enns trying to sell you on small, intimate classes. I was promised 8-12 students AT THE MOST and showed up to orientation to find 30 students with 8 more added later in the month. Some of the technique classes are great, but business class includes TWO WEEKS learning to write resumes and thank you letters (I guess for those students who never went to middle school english class) Teachers do not enforce any rules, there are constantly students talking throughout class so that it is impossible to hear or focus. Overall, you learn some great info, but are constantly harassed to pay more money, accused to missing classes and having to pay to make them up (don't say anything about that when they try to recruit you). And keep in mind, whatever number of days per week they say you are going to be in school, ADD ONE for the last 2-3 months of school when they make you work for free for paying massage customers.
