Creative Kosher is the best, being that most of my friends use non - kosher caterers for their so called kosher events, I was so surprised and pleased the food was scrumptious and looked fabulous , nobody believed me when i told them it was fully kosher .They use only the best.A special thank you to deena and debbie for making my event so successful .

If you like to wait around ALL day - EVERY day waiting for them to call you and tell you when they will be there that day - then Gateway is your Hospice. We have held meetings, of which they forgot about. They have promised to send out a grief counselor to help my Mother, who is dying, within a week to help lower her anxiety and crying - yet that has yet to happen. They order medications that I have 90 of and don't ever use; but fail to order medications I use multiple times per day and have 3 days worth; also YOU need to keep track of ALL of the medications so that YOU can tell them what you need. The Aides are so-so, they have showered my Mother and returned her downstairs with soaking wet hair for it to dry on its own, without consideration for her appearance or her health and the possibility of getting sick; they shower her and leave all the dirty clothes and towels behind; overall this Hospice requires YOU to do 95% of the work and they merely just call the pharmacy for meds (for which most of the time ARE wrong and a waste of Medicare dollars); they will help clean up your loved one but you need to do the finishing work; they have not ONCE brushed her teeth - so Gateway will do a horrible job overall in ALL categories. The ONLY thing I like is the fact that they have Jack Heck, MD on staff and his knowledge of medications is the best in Pittsburgh and he can stabilize your loved one and help them with their pain. If there was a way I could just sign up for HIM only and skip ALL the rest of the Gateway Hospice crew, and hire my own staff - I would in a heartbeat, because I am doing the majority of the work anyways and they are being paid an enormous sum of money every month from Medicare for YOU to do ALL the work. May I recommend you get Valium for yourself, cotton for your ears to block out all the weekly lies they tell you on how it is going to change; every Wed they hold a team meeting to iron out the issues so that they don't continue and from that point on, everything yet again changes from staffing, hours, aides showing up without calling first and YOU get to stay at home, trapped with your loved one (instead of them ENJOYING their last few months) waiting for them - what a ridiculously unorganized, overwhelmed company with serious management skills, lack of oversight and understaffing that will profusely lie to cover themselves at all cost. A Nurse will come to the home and bill $700 for EACH 15 minutes - outrageous when YOU are telling the RN what you need, what the patient needs, etc etc etc. I have handed them typed up notes week to week with what is needed, etc and I do not believe that this is what Hospice is to be; they are supposed to HELP the patient AND the caregiver, but in fact, they will charge Medicare an exorbinant amount of money and YOU WILL DO THE MAJORITY OF ALL THE WORK! Currently my Mother has a patch on her bottom for a pressure sore that should be changed DAILY; however, it has been 6 days and it stinks to high heaven - you want to gag at the smell and she feels so uncomfortable she doesn't want to have company because of it - so she has withdrawn from friends visiting due to Gateway's sloppiness and carefree attitude. These should be her best 6 months of her life, when in fact, she is now terminally ill and must hide in her home, trapped by odor, and waiting for them to come because they cannot even tell us whether they will be there in the morning OR the afternoon - a huge window of time like that - they are NOT even organized enough to narrow it down to that at all. Frightening, frustrating and NOT FAIR at all to the patient or to the family.

When I moved to Pittsburgh I was scared that I would not find the kind of trendy feel I got when visiting restaurants in my home town. When I stepped into Tamari, I had a familiar feeling, like I was home again. I have visited Tamari 4 times already, and never disappointed. The robata skewers are delicious! Try the beef, chicken, zucchini, and mushrooms. Dip them in all the sauces. They are to.die.for! The filo tiger shrimp with the coconut saffron sauce is unreal. The house salad was okay, but nothing to write home about. I know plenty of folks that would have killed for that tempura bacon, but it was too much for me. The Maki is delicious! So fresh. I couldn't get enough of it. I had both the tuna tacos and the mushroom tacos, and both were superb. You only get two tacos, which is simply not enough- a third would go a long way. The pepper sauce on the tacos is out of this world. Lastly, the three mushroom salad was just perfect. Big portion, lots of mushrooms, great dressing! I can't write a review without mentioning the martinis! Have fun and try as many as you can. They are all creative and incredibly delicious.

I would not recommend this place. I spent $500 and walked away with two framed pictures that were cute, but the quality of frames is crap. They have cardboard backs and you have to assemble hanging screws and wire yourself. I guess my mistake was purchasing a package and CD of the photos. I called the store and spoke with a manager and they basically said there was nothing they could do in a nice round about way.

I have been to Tamari three times and have loved every experience. The fusion of asian and latin is brilliant and somehow works well. The duck quesadillas are delicious, so is the calamari. The sushi is fresh and expertly prepared and the green tea cake is heavenly. With that said, make sure it is a fresh cake and not one of the last pieces. Otherwise, it's a little dried-out. The green-tea martini's are also excellent. Don't be afraid to try one...especially if you like drinks that are not too sweet. I would recommend sharing a bunch of small plates. It's perfect for a group.

I'm asian, so is one of my ex-co-workers, and we used to trade stories of terrible services we received at this place. My ex-co-worker has a white boyfriend, and they sworn that they got treated terribly because they are a mixed couple. I re-assured them that no, they are rude to everyone here. Also, I don't agree that a good authentic taiwanese restaurant is okay to have bad service. I am from Taiwan, and if they treat their customers like this in Taiwan, they will get a lot of "overturned" tables from angry customers. The wait staff in Taiwan may not be overly cheery or chatty. But they are not rude. I have NEVER been treated so badly when I was in Taiwan as in Rose Tea Cafe. It is a shame really. Good food, but such terrible, rude and hostile wait staff at Rose Tea Cafe. Even the owners are rude. My recommendation: Get your food to-go. But don't sit-down here. Because you will more likely than not get a terrible service, and left angry. And you might start considering what some Taiwanese would say "overturn" the table!!

They are a wonderful place to have your loved ones final days. In the worst possible time of our life, Winter F.H., particularly Mike, made things very easy on us. My sister and I knew nothing of funeral planning when our mother passed, and Winters took us step-by-step through every process and decision and made the whole experience so easy for us. The viewing, service, and everything involved were professional yet friendly, and I think that is why I like them so much. I would recommend Winter F.H. to everyone. No matter what your needs might be, I am confident that everyone at Winters could be accommodating. Beautiful home, viewing, service, and great selection of the items that go along with the funeral. The final price was really better then I expected, also. My sister and I received a lot of compliments on the funeral, and if that's not a direct reflection on Winters service, I dont know what is.
