Hello again everyone I'm back I recently received a letter from Matthews Crossing basically asking me to move out immediately and the reasons are bogus. I came home 3:30PM today and was handed a letter asking me to move out by close of business how is that possible. I have a 3 month old child and Fiance staying with me. I have been contacting the Corporate Office representative Peter Lawson constantly over the past weeks and have left voice mails detailing my incidents with some of the office staff and incidents here. I am asking for your help I have worked as a paralegal and know a little about the law and know that this isn't 100% legal I have complained about the water, the staff locking my pregnant fiance out and tell her if she want water to move somewhere else, and how rude the staff has been to us and all of a sudden I'm getting kicked out. I am getting my own Lawyer and would like if any one who can help corroborate (no false stories or lye's please) how bad things are here and hopefully receive better service and maybe some compensation for us all. I do remember one day there was a tenant walking around when the staff locked everyone out and took down everyone name because of how we were mistreated (not sure how that turned out). If you can help in any way email me at [email protected] and hopefully take this to court because this is ridiculous. I can't believe I put my life on the line for this country and this is how I get treated I distinctly remember when I first considered moving here how the sales person stated how much they work with the military and appreciate my service all they cared about was getting me to sign that lease. But as soon as I post negative reviews they want to kick me out the truth is the truth. Thanks everyone.

Clementi Properties is disorganized. We called to have several repairs done and they were never completed. Our house flooded and the owner took money off the rent but never fixed the flood. When trying to get my deposit back it took longer than the 30 days which NC law states because the owner told me one thing and the reality said something else. I had given the office notice of moving out verbally and they told me no written notice was needed. They refused to give back my deposit because of no written notice when it came time. I repeated the situation to the reality lady then she tried to say that the house was left a mess and she didn't want to give it back. They are disorganized, rarely answer the phone and somewhat shady. We had two sets of neighbors beside us during the one year because the company had lied to them so they continued to leave. We were warned about the company after moving in but found it too late.

Be very very careful before you deal with Beverly Allen or enter into ANY sort of business practices with her. She is extremely unethical and will take complete advantage if given the chance. Do your research and talk to lots of other local designers FIRST so you have something to compare against. Do not trust this so called professional interior designer.

My family and I were apart of the fire victims of Charlotte woods apartment. I was informed the night of the fire that it was something to do with their electrical setup. Then of course in front of the cameras they said it was from a careless smoker!! Not only did their heating and air mess up the whole time we were living there, but after we lost our home due to the fire they just called us and told us that we have two weeks to get our stuff and leave. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. When we had bed bugs they wouldn't help us to take our furniture to the dump. Because apparently you can take bed bugs with you by helping someone move their stuff'' I've never heard of that. Also, they made it seem like we were obligated to get a bug exterminator and pay full price for it seeing how we barely had money to buy food that month. Read more: www.apartmentratings

I love Elder Broach Properties. The ladies in Marketing were extremely personable & really answered the questions i had. Before the agent showed me the house, she called and reminded me of the appointment and allowed me to reschedule so that i may take my son to the doctor. While i was waiting for my application to be approved, they called me everyday to let me know what was going on. My renting experience with them has been great and i would definitely refer any of my friends to them if ever they are in the market for a rental property. I give them five stars!
