I've never bought their furniture, but the store itself is very nice. The best thing about it is that they have rooms already set up, and EVERYTHING in the set up is for sale. Down to the little trinkets on the wall. So, if you look at the set up and say, "I want this exact room", you can have THE EXACT ROOM. When you leave, you can grab a catalog of the products, and it's free.

We went in April 2012 and it was pretty crowded. I took pictures of rooms with my phone, so I could remember what I liked.

The only thing we did buy was candles, but I wouldn't recommend it. You can only smell the scent if you are on top of the candle.

What a ripoff!
They came to fix a broken gargage door spring. $187 later, they left me with a gargage door with a roller on the ground. When I asked them to replace the roller, they wanted to charge me an additional $100 to come to fix the door the way it should have been fixed originally.
The supervisor made some smart remark about me not being able to pay because I'm out of work. Like it's my fault.
Don't use this company. Use anyone else.

I was paying alot for pool cleaning to the same people I had used for years. I decided to give Elite Pools a try after they promised to beat any price. I could not be happier!! I saved over 50 % of what I was paying and Phillip did a phenominal job. He was always there on the set day and kept my pool in excellent condition. I will continue to use this company and recommend them to everyone!

We bought a Washer and dryer(LG) from QC, In Concord, They are no longer in Business there! We also purchased the Extended Warranty 5yrs. The dryer was not drying. The Service Tech came out. Which is a sub-contractor. Said it needed some parts(ball bearings) to repair the dryer!
Parts were ordered. We had to call everyday till the parts came in. 2-weeks had gone by. Parts are in. Then they have to schedule an appointment! 2-more days go by! Finally Tech shows up!! He takes the dryer apart! ah shoot the Tech says in front of my wife I forgot to order another part. 2- more weeks have gone by. They give us an approximate date on when the parts are coming in. On the day it was supposed to arrive no call. I have to call them as this is the process now. They wont call you. Well sir it seems that we are still waiting on one more part to come in??

They give you the impression that they are watching the grass grow!! There is no urgency what so ever! So imagine your wife without a dryer for a month!!! Not good Service! This issue is still not resolved. Do Not Buy A LG or any other appliance from QC unless you have these time frames. They probably do well with TV's but not appliances in my experiences.

I have used Metrolina Appliance multiple times for my Kitchenaid dishwasher and fridge and my Maytag front loader. They have always been honest, fair in pricing, prompt and thorough. I highly recommend them - Mike (repairman) is super nice and very courteous. Lydia (office) has gone out of her way to assist me. Really great operation.
