I have had a service contract with Brother's since 2002. The contract defrays alot of high cost when parts need to be repaired/replaced. Otherwise, Brother's would be very expensive as all other HVAC service companies. Do your research, get a contract with an HVAC company. Your HVAC needs annual maintenance anyway...Plus if there is a big problem, like carbon monoxide leaking you may prevent a tragedy.
To get back to service...Under the contract, you get 24 hour/7 day a week appointements. Very nice when the furnace desides to malfunction. In the past 9 years, I have had one technician that I had to complain about. All others have been professional and very personable. You get a phone call when the tech is 30 min from arrival. Even on scheduled appointments, they are within the given time frame.
