Told me it could'nt be fixed. After getting that news we decided to pick it up anyway. They were very arrogant and said it would be great for a boat anchor. We took it another repair man and got it fixed and it is working great!!!! Everyone just be careful. If they tell you it can't be fixed ,get a second opinion!

I worked for this company for 2.5 years, under these years they never paid us right for overtime. They later got sued on 1000000 dollars for it. I got 1500 for 2 years. They owed me more then 40000 under those 2.5 years. When I quit from this job the unemployment agency didnt gave me unemployment benefits. What is wrong with this company is the MANAGEMENT. before they made Matt boss up in Birmingham, it was pretty good, but after he be became a boss, everything went down. They use a system called dicispline without punishment. This mean that you get 3 warnings and then on the 4th one they send you home with pay. The next time you get a warning they fire you on the spot. Then when you try to get unemployment they are lying and saying that you didnt do your job right, and that they are not going to pay for it. They use warnings against you and for the. Out of 100% of the techs, about 95% are new tech who doesnt know anything. This company is going bancrupt pretty soon when the new techs understands how they treat people, they are just asking to get sued again. Now they are even start to change advertisement in on the job board, just so people dont know that they are applying for a satellite tech position.

Canceled and good riddance! Switched to AT&T DSL due to Bright House's very unreliable connection and extremely unresponsive customer service. EVERYDAY for more than five months, we would have NO CONNECTION for about 5-6 hours out of the day. Their service response time takes 3-4 days and after several attempts, none of these service calls resulted in a solution. Management will not call you back and they will not attempt to resolve your issue other than to keep sending someone out (which does absolutely NOTHING). You are essentially tied in with thousands of other users on a network that gets utterly bogged down to nothingness - and they will do nothing about it except take your money for a service that they will not reliably provide.

If you live in a busy neighborhood with businesses and other residents, you will not get a reliable connection through their network. Canceled and good riddance!
