I would like to take this opportunity to say that I have enjoyed my relationship with Debbie Montgomery and her staff at State Farm. It is so nice, in this day of bad customer service, to have a question or a problem and be able to call them and get a Friendly, Live, Helpful and Knowledgeable person willing to help you. I have never had bad or even marginal service from the Montgomery group. I have been with State Farm for 26 years and will continue with State Farm and Debbie Montgomery's group as long as she is in business.

After my ex decided to give me custody of my kids, linda put pressure on me to pay the ex part of her bill because she did not pay it or she would not sign off it the agreement. Later in another hearing she refused to be GAL because my ex was not going to pay her and told the judge the ex hates her and refused to be GAL any longer to my children which is unethical.

This number they list is not even in service! I've been dealing with a bad report from them since 2002! I have made my payments and now it has affected my employment I was trying to get!

Trying to find the right person to handle both my insurance and financial needs is like finding a needle in a haystack. But, I found Debbie to be the right fit for me. I am grateful for all of her advice and am now able to properly plan for my future.

They were okay, now they call me every week, BEFORE I EVEN GET MY PAYCHECK to make sure they get their money. One of their employees called me at work, lied to the phone operator telling her that he was my grandpa and that it was an emergency, so the call was transferred to me. I am NOT to be disturbed at work. I am a cashier at a major retailer, I cannot exactly step away from my register every cotton picking time they want to nag me about making my payment. I could lose my job if they keep this up!!!!!!! No, I do not plan on never paying them back, I am just in a rough spot. As long as I can keep working I can pay them.

And every time I call them, I get a different person who knows nothing about me or my loan. Or I have to wait on hold listening to stupid recorded messages about getting more loans from them. NO thanks! I cannot wait to pay this loan off and never hear from them again and never do business with them again.
