First off i was let go after 4 months of bull shit with no reason from my mangers, i busted my ass from the start did i hit goal yes did i offer plus one service yes did i due everything in my power to reach goals and try to make my store better hell yes. i drove 104 miles a day to work at a no traffic location after hittlet me hitting goal at a closer store, this company is fucking ridiculouse with the exception of shawn cunix who i have never met bill goodrich also never met and alex zabonik, everyoe is a shady heartless piece of shit, especially the florida regional manager frank squires the fucki biggest bull shit artist iv ever met he has to tell every customer hes an rm like they give a fuck, hes and arrogant prick with a napolean complex. i couldnt belive after 4 months of busting my ass useing my gas to drive wherever they needed me to work at whatever store they asked overtime without pay, constant barrage of nonsense, they fuckin fire me on a trumped u[ performance bs I FUCKIN BUSTED MY ASS FOR YOU UNGREATFULL FUCKERS anyone willing to work or shop there pack some condoms lube and cab fair cuz u gonna get ASS FUCKED they charge outragiouse amounts of money for phones they make up fees to activate your phone on top of the 35 act fee from corp then a 3000% mark up on accesorys huh and they say the extra money is for their PLUS ONE SERVICE what a fuckin joke really 150 extra dollers for a soda and a hand shake get the fuck outta here for anyone who thinks different i feel sorry for you you have been brain washed their trade mark frase well get you were you need to be is bull shit, they should change it to were there wallets need to be. and for those of you who think im just angry i got fired your wrong im pissed because i busted my ass every day for these assholes and it got me no were good luck to you

I have been using Flexicom for the past three years for all my wireless needs. I was referred to Matt at the 7949 N. High St. store when I was looking to upgrade my phone. When I first met with Matt I had a million questions for him because I am not someone who knows much about cell phones. I explained to him what I was looking for and he walked me through multiple options to see what would best fit my needs. The entire time he had patience and a smile on his face and continually asked me if I had questions. We finally came to a conclusion and I got a new phone that I loved. From that day out I have reached out to Matt whenever anyone in my family needs a new phone and I will continue to do so. Why change something that isnt broken.

Hello. Due to the fact that I do not want to be known, I will remain anonymous. This company loves to ass rape you. Seriously. My ass STILL hurts from the constant chewings over nothing. Shawn Cunix is a big fat dick who cares nothing for his employees They love to make us work insane amounts of hours for salary. So when you break it down, we're making UNDER minimum wage. They make our goals extremely impossible to hit, and it's OUR fault when we don't hit them. There is something wrong with US. NO GUYS. THERE IS SOMETHING WRONG WITH YOU. It starts with Shawn and continues down to Bill Goodrich who feeds us lines of "you'll make so much money" but offers little in the form of compensation. They say that there are huge advancement opportunities but you'll never actually advance with the company. IF you want to advance you better brown nose the nearest manager you can find. "We are so proud of you guys!" Yeah. If my head is covered in your corporate flavored shit. Grab your toes and lube up, boys. If you want to be fired, for breathing the wrong direction, work here. :) I am no longer with this company, and you're retarded if you decide to join the scam boat. Oh, and if people don't come into the store, that's also your fault. =)

Shawn Cunix is the epitome of a "Snake oil salesman". I mean let's be serious folks do you really think a guy who is a professional poker player on the side would be anything less though? The guy is about one thing and one thing ONLY, making money. That in and of itself is not a bad thing. There is nothing inherently evil about wanting to make money, even wanting to make a LOT of money. The problem is that Shawn doesn't care who he hurts in the process, whose life and family he destroys to make it. He is a classic narcissist with a borderline deity complex. He started Flexicom with a partner who was too moral for his liking and he eventually forced him out in order to horde all the money for himself. So the guy who helped him set up and START THE COMPANY, even got screwed by Shawn. I feel sorry for Shawn actually. Greed has driven him to destroy lives. I would encourage anyone interested in working for this company to think twice, actually think thrice. You can do better. It's better to get rich slowly and do it the right way, than to make a ton of money quickly at the expense of hurting people and being deceitful.

Flexicom, or as i call them Flex-i-CON, is hands down the worst company i've ever worked for. I have read some of the reviews, and found some that seem to be posted in favor of this place, stating that if you can't make your "goals" somethings wrong with you then. Ok, first of all, that's the BIGGEST LOAD OF CRAP, i've heard. Again, i use to work for the pigs. They change the goal, every month, and once you learn how to make your commission, they change it. Also, the company is sexist. Woman are treated as nothing more than eye candy as only the extreme hot woman are promoted to work at the elusive "corperate" location, which i've been there. It's a dump. I drank the cool aid on this company when i was hired. Only to be threatened to be fired when i got sick after working oh i don't know, 70 hours a week, no days off, and oh yeah the greatest kick ever to the crotch, was salaried!!!!!!! There was nothing but BS from my so called manager who condoned employee theft for the privilaged, and i unfortunately sat back and watched as really good employees were fired for turning in the thieves!!!!! You are told POINT BLANK, to rip off the customer. YOU are told POINT BLANK, to add services and let Verizon take care of it. I know the guy that caused a huge amount of Fraud. Supposedly, Verizon threatened to take away the Premium status of this company if they didn't fire the employee that caused the fraud( he went to homeless people, and gave them the phone, in some cases paid the deposit) of course they didn't keep the phone or they defaulted on the contact/bill....THE SAME GUY THAT DID THIS WAS RE-HIRED AND PROMOTED TO A MANAGER!!!! HE WOULD SIT IN FRONT OF ME AND OTHERS AND BRAG!!!!!! As far as this mysterious Shawn goes, i don't believe he exists...If you think for ONE second, that you can go to this store and not get ripped off, think again and for God sakes check your bill!!! They go as Wireless, not to be confused with the other company that has an i infront of that name, they also try to pass themselves off as an actual Verizon store...so to the FAKE people giving reviews of how great this company is or how wonderful, again....I WORKED THERE AND THEY ARE FLAT OUT LIES!!!! If anything Verizon should pull the lisence all together...i mean Verizon's customer service is a lie as well....i have an iphone now, love it, love the service and customer service has been great!!!

Im not afraid to hide behind a fake name. I was lured into the Web by Bill Goodrich, whom at the time I thought was a friend. Went through the training, even listened to that S.O.B's sob story about his childhood. How all that there was left to do in life was make his employees happy. First off, other than Bill and Steve, there isnt a happy employee working there. The day after Thanksgiving, I was told,not by Bill, but by Steve, that I was being let go due to trimming of payroll and nowhere to place me. I left a career of 15 years to go to Flexicom, put my faith in the Management team, sacraficed my time and paycheck to stay there. My "friend" has yet to even appologize for screwing me over. These are not the type of people you want to do business with. With the unrealistic goals that are set each month, the Sales reps are under such pressure to gouge the customers for as much as they can to hit these "unattainable"bonuses. Oh yes...the sob story about wanting to be Mr. Do Good. Wolf in sheep's clothing. J.R. Ewing has nothing on Mr. Cunix. I do have to say that at least Steve Moore was straight with me. I think he would be better off letting that company fall apart. As for my ol buddy Mr. Billy G........I hope that after its all said and done, you are able to look your children in the eyes and tell them that what you did is right. This company had no consideration for my family. Let me go the Day after Thanksgiving!!!!!!! What a kick in the nuts. Why even hire me in the first place? Biggest mistake I ever made. Folks....do your homework before making any purchases from a "premium retailer". Check online pricing first, then go to your local walmart or best buy. Then go to one of these stores to see if you are truely getting the "best deal". Dont be fooled................

This company is a total rip off which is headed by someone who has made a fortune using other people. Shawn is nothing but a high end con artist who is only concerned with the amount of money he takes from every customer and every phone. Do the employees know that Shawn gets over 30 dollars A PHONE personally from every sale? But yet can't give his employees a raise or set sales goals within realistic expectations so bonuses can be achieved. Look at the reviews...they are accurate. All the positive reviews are written by people who work from Shawn. Shawn and Steve both are only interested in themselves and making money. Why else would they fire people for absolutely no reason? Flexicom can't give raises or bonuses or honor employment agreements but Shawn and Steve can go play poker on what funds???????? Go to a corporate store to purchase ANYTHING Verizon.

Company philosophy (internally): "Better to beg forgiveness, than to ask permission. We take care of each other." Or "do whatever it takes and we'll fix it later". There was a $1.1M callback on payouts from Verizon Wireless, because Flexicom was collecting monies on incomes that were unsecured. Instead of taking responsibility for the procedures that were approved by Flexicom to their employees (a trainee follows the training) Flexicom charged employees back for bad charges over a period of several months. Even with the chargebacks, it was impossible to make any money as a rep or a store partner. This was because including the chargebacks you still had to make store goals, which were near impossible. So... Flexicom would fire or move you if you didn't make store goals but then they would issue chargebacks so it was impossible to make any money. Here's the kicker: Flexicom paid the $1.1M and then issued the chargebacks, in doing the figures (at one time) Flexicom made an enormous profit by paying off the settlement to Verizon Wireless and issuing chargebacks to the stores. How? Because Flexicom collects 100% of the monies up to the store goals (minus increasingly small expenditures) and they would keep all the monies made post-store goals by issuing chargebacks. The several months of chargebacks increased the capital gain for Flexicom than any other time. I cannot go into too much detail. I feel terrible for Bill Goodrich, he's such a great guy. He's the only person who is single-handedly kept the company together. Let's not even go into Chris Schmedes, Shawn's "ex-right hand man". Who they finally wised up and let him go. One thing I don't appreciate is someone of these people bringing in Shawn's family or his personal life into these reviews, it's uncivil and innappropriate. He has a wonderful wife and family, who are loving and caring. These reviews should be stricltly business related. Work corporate direct. Drop the pride of being "so-called self-employed", it's a joke. The only people who make money are those who create a corporation and they sit on the top.

sean works for EVERYTHING HE EVER HAS! he teaches his employees how to be a real salesmen and guess what guys the life of being in sales is NOT a job you sit around and do nothing and expect to be treated awesome.If your not reaching your goals then your just not cutting it. Sean doesnt expect his employees to reach impossible goals sean knows those goal ar enot impossible bc he has reached them himself. If you are too incompetant to reach those goals and you look down onthem bc of that..t seems that is your issue not how sean runs his business. Also the remarks about Steve Moore are uncalled for! clearly do not know what it is like to have shoulder surgery or a newborn.Ive seen how hard he works.even when he is not abe to "make it in" he works at home alll day long! his dad was in the hospital halfway dying and he was there with his family and stil worried about working and getting his job done! so know the facts before you run you bad reviews! Ignorance is looked down upon goodluck finding a successful career. LAZINESS and RUDENESS will get you nowhere but fired just like u are now!
