These guys are white collar thieves, they charged me an whopping $50 USD for making a call to Sunnyvale CA from Frankfurt airport.

The surprising point is that the call duration was not more than 2minutes!

Can anyone tell if there is any way to stop these robbers or contest this transaction!!

They claim to be experts at everything, and I found the exact opposite to be true. Their customer service is terrible, they never make a deadline, they charge high rates for all their work. Then when the product they deliver does not work, they blame the customer. Simply the worst!

I made an appointment with Mike to install my TV the same day it was delivered to my house. It was delivered early, and I was able to reschedule with him to come by earlier with his home theater installation crew. Below my TV, I had a media cabinet on which I was going to place home theater speakers. I wanted to ensure that there was enough clearance between the cabinet and TV for the speakers. Mike took measurements and confirmed that there would be enough clearance. I already had holes pre-drilled in my wall, and he provided wall plates for a more finished look. It took a little over an hour for the entire TV installation. He explained to me how the TV mount worked, which was very helpful. After the plasma TV installation, they vacuumed up everything. I'm very happy with the my TV installation. The TV mounting service from Visolution TV was professional and efficient.

BBG COMMUNICATIONS are overcharging credit cards for telephone services and HEATHROW AIRPORT is receiving commission.
There are endless complaints on GOOGLE, BBG COMMUNICATIONS and nothing seems to be stopping them.

In my case, on the 3rd November 2010 I was charged 60 pounds for three local phone calls. The advertising signs on the phone booths are saying 60p for ten minuets but there is nothing to suggest that Credit Card use involves extra charges and certainly nothing to suggest that I was going to be charged 60 pounds for what I assumed would be a 1.80 GBP charge.
As a pensioner, 60 pounds is an extremely large amount to be robbed of. I contacted Heathrow police who informed me that it was a civil matter and there was nothing they could do.

From BBG COMMUNICATIONS website it would appear that Heathrow Airport are receiving commission for allowing this scam to continue and are therefore in league with these thieves.

It is a disgusting Credit Card Scam on unwary travelers and in my case a poor pensioner and must be stopped.

The employees at Visolution TV were very professional, patient, and very helpful in having our television installed on the wall. When everything was completed, I had a few questions and they are always accessible via phone and willing to come out to further assist me - even on a Saturday morning! I would definitely recommend Visolution TV to my friends and family and will use them for any other work we need done in our house.

The quality of the products they use are great and they were professional, timely, and I could not have been more pleased with the outcome. I would recommend Home Theater San Diego for all home installation needs. They exceeded all of my expectations!‎

I will NEVER purchase anything from Fry's again. Their products are overpriced (I saw the same computer I bought there a couple months later at Costco for $200 less) and their service is absolutely disgusting.

I bought a laptop there 2 years ago and paid $150 for a 3-year warranty. I dropped it off last Sunday (6 days ago) for repair because it has been overheating the whole time I have owned it. I have called several times to check on the status of the repair and each time some snotty operator transfers me to the service department where the phone rings off the hook and there is no voice mail (which is exceedingly strange for an ELECTRONICS store.)

For example, yesterday after trying to call several times I finally got a hold of some lackluster young man named Hui and asked him the status of my repair. After asking me to spell my name 6 times he stammered that no one had gotten to it yet. I told him I wanted him to look at it this morning when he arrived at work at 10am and to call me at noon. Of course he did no such thing. Instead I called THREE more times around noon and had to yell at the operator to leave a message for a manager to call me back immediately. Which someone did, 7 hours later.

I was given a "loaner" computer and just realized that Microsoft Office does not work because it was only a trial copy which has expired. So it's useless. I paid $150 for this goddamn warranty and I have spent countless hours trying just to get a response and have no computer.

Charged $40 for a call from Cancun to Pittsburgh. There was no other option to call from the hotel also. If you see that BBG Communications is involved, do not use the phone. You will be charged an unreasonable rate!

The staff was friendly enough but the 3 or so times that I've been here, they didn't have what I was looking for in stock. they were able to order the plasma TV from another store and I had to go there to pick it up (down in Mission Valley so that was annoying). The other time I went there, I was looking for a Macbook taht they had on display but didn't have in stock.
