This one of the worst banking insitutions our corporation has ever worked with. We have our business, home loan, personal loan accounts here and from the top down when they make a mistake on payroll, ACH, billpay they try their best to blame it on the customer. Our corporation made a deposit for payroll services before the agreed time of collection that did not process. All employees checks were late. I called the next day to ask "what happened". They told us "our transfer was late".
Well when we made the deposit. I printed a time stamp and reciept from their Tri Counties Bank Online website. They still argued with me and said "there are sometimes time or minute differences". Our time is set to the National Time Standard and auto changes along with the exact time of all cell phone devices, etc.
The fact is they made a mistake (Toni Wilson) cash management services manager and will not accept blame, apologise or even acknowledge the mistake. In fact as a representative and manager of Tri-Counties Bank she will blame it on you as the customer.
OUR EMPLOYEES DEPEND ON THEIR CHECKS ON THE SAME DAY EACH WEEK. WE CANNOT DEPEND ON TRI-COUNTIES BANK TO ASSIST IN HANDELING DIRECT DEPOSITS FOR OUR CORPORATION.
CASH MANAGEMENT SERVICE AND CUSTOMER RELATIONS ARE TERRIBLE!
