Recently, we had our spa and waterfall feature remodeled by your company. The results were outstanding. But more than the end result being outstanding, so was the entire process.

Our salesperson, Rodger Berry, walked us through the entire process and helped to guide towards surface textures and colors that worked well with the overall color scheme of the surrounding area. His patience and professionalism made the choice of using Adam’s Pool Specialties any easy one.

Once the sales process was completed and contracts signed, we were contacted by Barbara Hall. One of the problems that seems to be universal in the construction/remodeling industry is the lack of communication and follow-up. Not the case with Barbara. We received regular phone calls explaining where we remodel and when we could expect work crews to begin the various stages of the process.This communication have been hindered by forecast of rain during the remodel. Again, not the case with Barbara. We had constant update on how she was scheduling around the rain.

Her commitment to customer service did not end with the completion of the job. After the product was allowed to dry, I turned my equipment on and noticed that my return jets were not operating correctly. Hoping to get to first in line on Monday, I emailed Barbara on a Sunday and detailed the problem that we were experiencing. Within an hour, I received a response from Barbara, who promised that a repair tech would be out first thing on Monday morning. She responded on a Sunday! Now that is customer service!

The quality of service did not end there. Service Techs, Josh and Victor, worked on the problem and due to their resourcefulness the problems were quickly solved.

Often in business, we are quick to complain of lapses in customer service and in many cases, rightfully so. We are not as quick to recognize high quality in customer service. We did not want to miss this opportunity to compliment you and your organization.

FROM OUR CUSTOMERS:

RM Mechanical provided superior service. Mr. Merva spent a good part of the morning performing a thorough inspection of our system. He found that it was low on charge and proceed to charge the system. He then rechecked for leaks. He then tested the system by running the cool and the hot. Honest workmanship at a fair price. When we do need a new system... we'll be calling RM Mechanical.

Yancey Bros installed our home siding. Problem was that they didn't side around the windows to prevent water from leaking in (either no flashing or substandard caulking). When we called them to fix the problem, they never returned our calls, gave us the complete run around. BEWARE when using this company. If you ever run into a problem, once they have your money, they won't call you back.

They never show up when they say they will, nor do they call to let you know. You have to keep calling them and eventually they might get back to you but it's not likely. It seems that they have to come back and redo basically everything a second time because it wasn't done right the first time. One guy that worked on our house was on personal phone calls most of the time and perhaps that added to the lack of quality in the work. Save yourself the headache and just don't waste your time with this company, if I could have rated them with a 0 I would have.

I bought granite. The countertops were the color I ordered, but the backsplash was a different color. When they came back to fix problems with the installation they brought and installed a third color of granite. We're not talking about color variations in the granite. We talking about totally different colors, as identified by Granite Expo employees. The owner told my contractor it was "close enough" and would not refund my money. This is just "the tip of the iceberg" of what they screwed up. The owner was abusive and threatening. I hate to say it, but I gave up. Jesse (the owner) is very good at being intimidating. I was afraid of what he or his "ex con" installers would do. I had to have everything done a third time. I found a different granite company, Granite Outlet. They did a great job at a very reasonable price!‎

This contractor has a history of ending up in court with his clients. To date there are over 60 lawsuits in sacramento county. Contractor has a permanent injunction prohibiting him from all unfair business practices, fraud, perjury, assault, bribery, and threatening witnesses in litigation. Contractor has also been ruled a fraud by a Sacramento judge. find reference at PublicDocumentDistributors dot com

This place does really great jobs on painting! I love there curtesy and they are really thourogh! Nice people
