After not being represented in my original divorce judgment I had to work even harder to regain some sort of reasonable outcome. Brad took the time to make sure that my requests were met and offered council in a very professional manner. My finances were limited and he made sure that I got what I needed in a timely fashion and saved me money by not using our time for unecessary startegies or non-productive suggestions. Being in the state of Washingtn offered some challenges with a case that originated in Oregon but we were able to overcome these with a very positive results. I can't stress enough how important it is to have proper representation and the folks at Goldberg Jones are the best at making sure their clients are treated with courtesy and respect. Thanks again for getting me what I needed and "hats off" to Brad for doing a great job!

I was very pleased with how quickly and efficiently Jason Heym resolved my case. I had multiple issues surronding my divorce and parenting plan, but Jason was able to keep pushing forward and get to a resolution.

The consultation was very matter-of-fact, straightforward and totally absent of any type of pressure. It answered the questions and concerns I had, laid out a clear plan of action, and provided me with the information I needed to understand my options and next steps.

Made on time payments some times two weeks in advance of its due date for two years. Here is what I got with Reliable: 2009 purchased a dodge intrepid using a fleet vehicle because again, this could help my credit record as a trade in. three days later, car is dead. Reliable offered me another loan on a better car. Took the offer for my business needs and bought a town car. A year and a half later the steering column starts to smoke and then catches on fire. Vehicle number 3. Bought it and got it home just to find out that it had over $2,000 in repairs it needed before I could use it for business. Sunk $2,000 into it and it still sat dead. Even the motorcycle broke down. This was my turning point. I went to reliable credit to get a cash loan on the equity over the course of two and half years of steady ontime payments to get these vehicles back on the road so I can start making money again and I was to in short fraze that I was screwed!! Last week they called wanting to know about payment and I told them I was not going to pay for junk any longer. That same day they had a tow truck plucking the vehicles out. One vehicle I did not have an address on as to where it was at and today my former driver told me that last friday they had come to his house and took the car. Hmmm GPS tracking devices is how they find these vehicles. Have you ever wondered why your battery goes dead in your car from time to time? Have you ever wondered why the dealer or private person your buying the car from wants to take it to reliable to show them the car first? It is because they install a tracking device in your vehicle before it leaves! Bottom line, Take what payments you will give this company and make it to yourself. Then in two years take that amount and go buy your car for cash! This is a subprime lender. They will not help you but hurt you in the end! FYI, As a business owner myself, they are writing all the positive feeds on these reviews themselves. Save your money, pay off your debts. Save your money and buy for cash a nicer car and own it. Otherwise you will lose your job, then your car, then end up in court owing these thieves your life!

DANGER!!!!!!!

Do everything in your power NOT to use this company!

I have been with them for a year and a half. 6 months ago, my Dog was diagnosed with Cancer and I Refinanced my loan in order to get her treatment. I asked to have my payment date changed to later in the month. I was told that this would be no problem. I asked about my payoff date yesterday and I was told it would be 10 months later that my contract says it is! I then talked to a loan officer because this is all wrong. After a 10 min. wait, I was told that being since I deferred my payment by 3 weeks, a month of payment was pushed back. That is why it will be 10 extra months of payments. Nothing it the contract says that this can be done!

I implore everyone that reads this to never, ever use this unfair lender.

Lori Manley is one of the best mortgage brokers I have ever worked with. She is professional, personal and very prompt. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a loan.

Kristin Eaton took care of a custody petition for me. It dragged on through evaluation, mediation, and finally, litigation. She was thorough, honest and up-front, a top-notch listener and speaker and thinker... She knows law and precedents and seemed to me frequently able to create/see connections from the law to the particulars of my case. She was willing to act quickly when time-sensitive matters came up. She gave advice carefully--much of it panned out real well, which is the point, right? In summary--smart, focused; able to prepare, communicate, and perform (on paper and in front of a judge.)

If it didn't happen to me personally I'd think it was a episode of a hidden camera show. I was referred by my financial advisor, who has repeatedly given me excellent recommendations. (That is the only reason I did not trust my instincts and leave after my first visit.) From the first phone call, there was a series of miscommunication and unprofessional behaviors. The receptionist didn't book my appt when I called, but said she would have someone contact me. I specifically said I was referred to Rick and scheduled with him. Turns out they had booked us with an associate. I said I wasn't opposed to that, but did not like being surprised. I was told I could reschedule with Rick but, "He is much more expensive". She then leads us to a room, that is already occupied and an uncomfortable stand off with the occupant ensues. I arrive with a fully itemized spreadsheet of all my numbers, with corresponding receipts and references. (I only use a pro because we have our own businesses). We are asked a few clarifying questions and leave. It was really bothering me how badly things had been handled as a new client, so I called the associate to tell her why it made me feel uncomfortable. She told me she could transfer me to the front desk, because they were the ones who messed up. I hung up after being left on hold so long I missed 2 business calls. We did get one call from the owner Rick who asked a few good questions that allowed 1 more deduction. When I called about picking up our taxes I was told they would be e-filed. We always send registered mail. Again I said, no one has discussed this, not opposed, but want to know how I get evidence to show IRS received them. "I don't know how it works, I'll transfer you to the front". I then ask for my bill and I'm quoted $125 MORE than what I paid my previous guy who was a PARTNER in the firm. I question her on this and am told it took 5 hrs to prepare my taxes, I say absolutely bogus! I've been there with my previous accountant when it is put in the computer (20 mins), maybe another hour to review. Aside from the info I gave them, they only needed to add the one additional deduction and IRA info. I demand to talk to the owner and tell him my entire experience. He says he'll lower the bill to what I paid last year, but recommends I go back to the other guy. I say fine, pick up my stuff and plan to never contact them again. NOT SO LUCKY. I get a phone call last week asking if I can resend my check because the one I gave them (MARCH 31st), was LEFT IN THE OWNERS PANTS AND WENT THRU THE WASH!!!! Can I please send another check? I am appalled and swear I must be being PUNKED. I ask, SERIOUSLY? Even if this IS the truth, should you be telling people this? I decide if they are going to be this incompetent, I am not rushing to the mailbox. This week I get a call from the owner saying he knows I recently got a call about my check that went thru the wash, then mid way it changes to dry cleaners, then it becomes that it was at their bank this whole time and held for the last 6 weeks, and since it just went thru, can I let them know if I have sent another check? Where is the Camera? These are people who do numbers for a living? You don't know for 6 weeks that you are missing a deposit? Then magically it's back? WOW. I just don't know how they are in business. I have never posted a review, but had to post this in hopes to save some poor soul the trouble.
