THE SERVICE IS IMPECCABLE! THEY HAVE A REALLY GREAT VARIETY OF CLOTHING THAT YOU CANNOT FIND ANYWHERE IN BALTIMORE OR DC, THE ITEMS ARE VERY FASHION FORWARD AND I STILL HAVE ITEMS THAT I HAVE PURCHASED FROM THEM FOR OVER 6 YEARS AND GET COMPLIMENTS EVERY TIME I WEAR IT! I JUST LOVE THEM, THEY SEND YOU GREAT LITTLE CARDS IN THE MAIL, HAVE REALLY GREAT IN-STORE EVENTS AND ARE JUST VERY PERSONABLE! YOU ALSO HAVE THE WRONG NUMBER LISTED FOR THEM IT'S 410-669-0600. KIM

Very rude customer service. Owner/manager was extremely pushy and rude the day I bought a Leatherman tool for a Xmas present. Then when I got back to TX, I discovered it was broken in the packaging. The same owner/manager would not return the tool and rudely hung up the phone. Stay away, very poor customer service.

I will never ever shop here again - the customer service is horrible. I bought 2 shirts for my boyfriend but was a little skeptical if they were his style. Well I hate going in that store alone because the sale people make it so obvious that they're on a quota or are working for commission. They're ridiculously pushy and practically push the merchandise down your throat. They don't listen when you tell them you don't need help and you're just looking. So I simply asked about a sale price and the next thing I knew the man was carrying the two shirts I had in my hand up to the register. I will give him the fact that he gave me an extra discount - HOWEVER - I asked him plain as day if I could bring the shirts back if my bf didn't like them and he said YES. He gave no further clarification that I could only get store credit and no refund. So I gave them to my boyfriend the same evening and he didn't like them. So we returned them to the store with the receipt, tags on, in the bag, not even 24 hours later and they told me they don't give refunds. WHAT KIND OF BUSINESS DOESN'T GIVE REFUNDS? We were highly upset because there was nothing there we wanted to exchange for and they refused to refund our money. Not only was I upset that the previous man tricked me and lied just to make the sale, but the manager I complained to didn't apologize, show any kind of remorse for the irresponsibility of her workers, and didn't offer anything to try to rectify the situation. The policy is horrible and the customer service is ridiculous, needless to say we WONT be returning there again!

Called 6/7/10 to order flowers for my friends son's funeral for 6/8/10 and the # they provide, and it's the same # I've had in my cell, has been disconnected but seem to be still advertising!

I just love this shop! It is family owned and run and they are just the cutest ever! They are so passionate, knowledgeable and helpful about their selection of toys. My child knows them and likes all the people who work there. I just can't say enough good things about them.

I've been taking shoes and purses to Bill Graves for the past few years. He does an excellent job of repairing whatever I give to him. You would never be able to tell where a repair was made. He's friendly, quick, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend.
