I made a terrible mistake putting trust in this furniture store. I was promised that I would have my furniture in two weeks after making a purchase with Little Pages. I had never heard of Little Pages until my mother said to me, let's visit the store to see if you find something you like. I drove a long way and had high expectations but soon became very disapointed. After making the purchase, I got a call that night from one of their front desk folks to inform me that I would not be receiving my items prior to 4-6 weeks. All I wanted to know is, why wasn't this told to me at the time of purchase? I agreed to wait. After 6 weeks had passed by, I still never heard anything from Little Pages, so I started calling. Each time I called the store, they kept giving me the run around and saying, oh it's a special order and special orders sometimes take a little longer. I have called the store every week for over 3 months now and I still have not received my furniture. I've been trying to get my money back and everyone keeps telling me that I need to speak to someone else. I asked for some type of compensation for all the aggrevation but no one will help me. Now I guess my only other choice is to hire a lawyer to get my money back. I don't have money for a lawyer so I need compensation to help with the fees. I would never ever again in life purchase anything from that store. I will tell everyone I know about the pain and suffering that I continue to go through dealing with never getting my furniture or my money back. I have asked to speak to a manager, a supervisor over and over again and I'm still not getting anywhere with Little Pages furniture store resloving my problem. I missed having a dinning room table for Mother's day dinner. My birthday is coming soon, June 2011 and I can't plan anything with an empty dinning room. I wish I never heard of Little Pages furniture store because they have made my living situation so uncomfortable that I hate going home. I pray that this ordeal will be over soon. Again, I'm telling EVERYONE! don't ever, ever buy anything from this store

Great experience! I have use All-Star in my rental homes and they always handle the situations promptly. I finally had a tech in my own home and he was quick to diagnose and repair the dryer.

The delivery service was rude and complained and refused to wait for me to inspect the furniture. They sent the WRONG table set. I called the store, the salesman, is always with a customer! I called the customer service number and got a recording telling me to call back and do not leave a message! The operator at the store was no help either. Everyone is rude, very unprofessional and the delivery men sat everything in the middle of the floor and would'nt even put the legs on the sofa! I called 866-549-7990 and that is where I got the message, and the store in Brooklyn was where the mistake was NEVER resolved! I am going to call the Attorney General's office and find out where to make a complaint. I am also call the tv station and tell them to interview them and set up a sting!

Most of these reviews must have been written by Atlantic remodeling themselves. I gave them $15,000 dollars to do my roof and later found it it should only have cost $7,000. Partly my fault for being taken in by a lying salesman and for not getting other bids. What makes it worse however is the sloppy workmanship this company practices which is what I was precisely told would not happen.
Avoid this bunch of crooks like the plague.

I am glad I took a chance on this company. They gave me a 2 hour window (not 6-8 hours like most others offered), showed up on time and the tech took 20 minutes to discover the problem and returned 2 days later to fix it. It has not given us any trouble since. I can see why they have been around for over 65 years.

Where do I start! We were going to have family over for christmas dinner and our oven stopped working. Phil was great, he didn't have the part on his truck and said most times he would order it, but in our case he made a two hour trip to get it and install it. Phil you saved christmas!!!!

After working with so many shady home improvement companies and contractors that tried to scam us, Atlantic Remodeling was definitely a breath of fresh air. From start to finish they couldn't have been more helpful and upfront about everything. They did exactly what we they said they were going to do, and actually finished the job early! The siding looks amazing and several neighbors have stopped by to ask us who did it. Its hard to find a home improvement company that still has integrity. Atlantic Remodeling did a wonderful job and we plan on using them again in the very near future to remodel our bathroom.

Atlantic did great work on our siding job. Actually they did so well that we'll be using them to replace our roof next month. No complaints here. They did everything they said they were going to do. No surprises or hidden costs. 5 stars!

The staff at Target appliances is HORRIBLE! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! They are rude, disrespectful, lack grace, uninformed and are not good business people. There's one guy in particular that is the worse service person I have ever dealt with. Anyhow this technician ( I think his name is Jon, he is the face of the business and always answers calls, he always puts you on speaker phone also) came to my house on a Friday and realized what the issue was. I paid him the deductable (from homeowners insurance)and he said if we didnt hear from him on Monday, to call him back....First off, I am the customer and he should be returning my phone calls. So I called back on Monday and this woman answered the phone and couldnt give me any information about my request as the Technician wasn't available. No one returned my call on Monday so I called them back and spoke to the IDIOT JACKHOLE John. He was rude and obnoxious. As a matter of fact when he came to my house (initially) and knocked on the door, his knock was even obnoxious. So I called him and asked for a quote to fix the appliance and he gave me a rough extimate. I needed to know the exact cost so I asked him if he needed the serial number to determin the exact cost. He replied yes. I was baffled that he didn't take down the serial number when he came to my home....what professional person doesn't do his due diligence and obtain the necessary details to fix the problem ????? So I gave hime the serial number, he determined the cost and he basically hung up the phone before I could ask additional questions. Therefore I had to call back and ask when can they do the repair, do they have the parts in stock, etc. I also gave him a piece of my mind. If you are the type that likes to work with professional people with common courtesy DO NOT HIRE TARGET APPLIANCES! YOU WILL BE DISSAPOINTED!
