Very upscale restaurant, and delicious food! I have visited twice during trips to Charlotte. The dress code is "dress to impress", but I have saw people there in blue jeans. The restaurant is very dimly lit, so probably not a place to take people who need lots of lighting to read the menu. The "Illegal Bread" appetizer is the best! I could honestly eat that for my meal. Delicious!

Until recently I really enjoyed dining at Niko's, my classmates and I would go here to get lunch, daily. I decided to go in for breakfast, and the same young lady that normally takes our lunch order took my breakfast order. When my order was ready, I picked it up, there was sausage on my plate ( I dont eat sausage) no big deal right?? WRONG the young lady practically called me a liar, "u ordered sausage!!!!" Im like, ummm, no I didnt, I dont want to argue, can u please just fix this?? She then went on with "I dont get orders wrong!!!" We will definently not dine here again, especially not for breakfast, it was early so maybe she needed her coffee first, I dont know, but I have never experienced anything like this @ any restaurant before. I almost felt threatened, she was getting kinda "ghetto".

If you like to see hordes obese people gorging themselves on cheap food in a filthy place, this is for you. The carpets are filthy, upholstery torn and the food was lukewarm at best. How's this for a topper? Something I should have looked at on the way in, but regretfully saw on the way out was their sanitation score. It was in the mid-70s, which I thought warranted an immediate shut-down by the health department.

I had the tilapia stuffed with crabmeat. I think this was a special and isn't on the menu all the time. I'm am very high-maintenance when it comes to food and I really enjoyed my meal. Be careful though, if you order the crab dip as an app, it's so thick that you won't be hungry when your entree arrives.

Having Celiac Disease is not an option. Medically, I HAVE to eat Gluten Free. There are some great restaurants in Charlotte who offer 'GF' options and I figured I would give Loco Lime a shot. I ordered the Chopped Chicken Mexican Salad, without Flour Tips and opted for Balsamic Vinaigrette. When the salad came out, it was surrounded with Flour Tips and the wrong dressing oozing over the side of the cup onto my salad. I sent it back and informed the waitress. When the salad came back, everything looked and especially tasted great! Then it happened. As I went in for my last bit I scraped the rest of the salad onto my fork and there sticking to the bottom of my dish, hidden under my lettuce was a FLOUR TIP!!! WTF?!?!??!?!!? Seriously!!!! I'm not one to gripe, but if you're gonna walk in the back, pluck the Flour Tips off and say you remade the salad and that it's now gluten free, at least cover your tracks a little better. Sure, they comp'd my meal and gave me a gift card which was appreciated. It would have been much worse for Loco Lime had this been a Shellfish or Nut allergy where the afflicted person's airway closes when they become cross contaminated. I can assure you this was the last time I eat at Loco Lime. Lastly, I'm not sure where they read that rice contains gluten. I'd like to see where they get there information. Beware if you have food allergies.

This place is delicious. A slice of pep is around $2.50 and it is the size of a normal restaurants small pizza!! Go here and order a slice of pep, a side salad with homemade oil and vinegar dressing and a drink. Its the perfect amount.

I like this place because it is fairly consistent, cheap food, decent portions and fairly quick. The two owners speak enough English to get by, but if you have a problem, ask for their daughter who is there a lot of the time. Take out and delivery seem to be what they primarily do and they are pretty good especially during rush times. You can eat in, but most people hanging out there are usually waiting for their order. You are right, this is not PF Chang's, but that is obviously not what they are trying to achieve with a menu that is a fraction of the price. The food is hot and made to order. I like the noodle dishes myself.

Steve Arooji is a very warm engaging owner. I need to note that I will not spend my next Birthday or any special occasion there as this is the second year I've celebrated there and not so much as a complimentary beverage or piece of cake (both the manger and Arroji were aware of the occasion). Food and music was great and I believe Arooji deeply cares about his customers but must have a policy not to acknowledge special occasions. I need to point out that even Macaroni Gril offers a free desert.

My Wife and I went to Starbucks. We drove by Wolfgang and it had shut down. Aroojis was next door and thought to try them. There food was a twist on typical Italian food. I had the Chicken Special and my Wife had the Salmon Piccata. I order that now when I go back. The food was worth the price we paid. We do not eat out often. When we do eat out we try to eat heathly no additives food. They had MusicIan playing by the door. He was able to play a song by The Beatles my wife and I both like. The place is small and you could miss it. If you can find parking and want good food it is worth it.
