My CPU crashed (blue screen of death) while I was trying to repair a security error. Delighted to find a local repair source - Mack stayed open late for me to drop it off (& did offer to pick up) - Diagonsed, repaired, cleaned out the accumulated dust and had my "baby" back in working order in less than 2 days. Very personable, willing to work within your availablity schedule and it felt great to support a small business owner in the neighborhood. A definate 5 stars!
