US Budo Kaikan is fantastic for both children and adults. My 5yr old son goes to karate class there, and his father takes Iaido classes there. The children's karate class is gentle enough even for three year olds. They also go over safety and self-defense. I am very happy that they go to the dojo there. The atmosphere is very friendly, and beginners can feel at home. I also feel that there is enough seriousness and rigor in the practice, so that the advanced students can continue to grow. The grandmaster and his wife are both very experienced martial artists, and have been running the dojo there for more than 30 years.

As stated, all comments are true. She is a racist C U Next Tuesday, an opportunist and an insecure user.

She's very difficult to work with. Very opinionated and tries to change client decisions, despite their rigid stance. Talent represented by LBI is not very diverse, nor very good. Leyla should stick to what she does best - consulting - as she cannot pick out a good photographer from a bad one.

I read a martial art mag about 9 months ago, and it said to try every schoole or sit in on as many as posible! So I did. Aikido, jujitsu wing chun,Tea kwon do, Hung ga and and the filipino. At the end of the day I liked them all. Especially the filipino styles. When I went to the C.H.K.A I saw that there Teacher Sifu Jack shamberger Knew it all. His backround is deep in styles, and seems to be so as a person. There Dojo in nice, though since last time I was there. They moved and I have yet to see the new schoole. The only negitive thing I could say is that the style is a little intimidating. They dont even give you a belt to start with. You have to earn a white belt. I thought that was pretty cool. And they will get your ass in shape. Ive read about Miltose and Parker. So I knew Kenpo was a rough style. So add Sifu Shambergers Thai/kickboxing //Filipino backround. There is nothing soft about it. Except for its beutifull forms. And let me add I am not currently a student there. After breaking my hand about 5 months ago and my career I have yet been able to get my lazy but back there. But if your serious check them out! J. Decker
