They are not as well known as Jews for Jesus but they are just as good in making the case for Jesus as the Messiah. They are worth taking a second glance and looking into.

A warm family feeling Church, where the people seem to want to learn about Jesus and how to live as christians in the world as it is today. Thoroughly enjoyed the music it was both rocking and inspiring loved the children's church idea.

The church has good ideas and can be helpful. However, the church in Atlanta has an integrity problem. I was a member there for many years. I made a lot of donations to the church and purchased many services. Each member has an account with the church where they prepay for services they are planning to use.
I prepaid a lot of money for their counseling services but was unable to use it because the church of scientology of GA was unable, for five years, to deliver the services.
I’m now an unemployed single mom who really needs the money. I made the request to close out the account expecting to see the check in a week or so. No dice. The church has been stonewalling me and refusing to communicate with me at all for months. I made over 50 attempts to contact them to get this resolved. They refuse to return email or take calls. Their own policy written by L Ron Hubbard, says they will refund this money immediately. www.powerandreligion.com

Go there if you want and purchase services even, but never give them money in advance no matter how much pressure they put on.

The church has good ideas and can be helpful. However, the church in New York houses the group that reigns over and manages the entire east coast and there is a serious ethics and integrity problem. This is a brilliant church. Not fancy or ornate. I got the impression they always meant to get around to putting the expensive stuff in the building but there were so many needs in the community they just gave the money to those in need. I went a while ago on a coach trip and ended up staying for the whole (about 3 hours!) service. A really wonderful time. Good traditional gospel music (although not close harmony) and the best welcome I have ever had in my life. Really lovely, honest people.

The Rev. Wade Adkisson is one of the best teachers of Science of Mind. He begins a new class "The Spiritual Pathway" beginning on September 15, 2009. Sunday Meetings are held at 11:00 a.m. at 14 East 48th Street. His talks are inspirational and provide creative ideas for everyday living.

I love this church!!!
The setting is marvellously non-traditional; but it works! The service is in an L-shaped room, VERY high ceiling, big windows
Atmosphere: Quite welcoming and friendly; ALL types, ages, races, ethnicities in attendance and all really happy to be there. No glum faces in this place!
My 5 stars mainly go to the music. Kind of a folk-rock-1982 hymnal-jazzy-high energy-youthful dynamic extravaganza!!! I'm a Rite One person, and I was dazzled. This is the Episcopal Church you have seen in your dreams, or after an intense yoga session.
If you love the Episcopal Church and have an open mind, try this one!!!
