My case was not seen by any of the guys from Robinson and Yablon. However they have hired the lawyer that has killed my case that was a slam dunk. His name is Morton seelove and he was my mothers lawyer back in the 80s so when I had a case were a city bus hit my car from the back I called him( bad move) the case has been on for 5 yrs! Yes that long when the bus driver stated that he hit my car because he didn't see me stopped at the red light. The case settled for nothing like the money he said it would and now after 6 mo I still don't have a red cent from a 5 year old case that I had shoulder surgery for at his behest. This is a nightmare that no one should go threw. I,m not sure what kind of lawyers that firm has on there staff but this guy is the worst ever.

Ayer asisti a una reunion con los miembros de la fundacion y que bonito fue encontrar a un grupo de empledos de la organizacion servirnos a nosotros como fueramos parte de su familia.
Me senti muy bien y mi esposa tambien. Esta organizacion no es como el resto de oficinas de abogados que solo nos ve como si fueramos un numero. Esta clase de personas nos ven como un ser humano y estoy muy agradecido a todos las personas que trabajan en la fundacion y que dios los bendiga.

I can't speak for all the attorneys at this law office, but I can speak for Robert Cini. We hired him to help us attain a green card for my husband. He has helped us so much. Before hiring him, we had hired an attorney in Syracuse, NY (where we live) and had a terrible first experience. We had gone through arbitration and won our money back. We took that money and used it for hiring Mr. Cini. He has done nothing but help us along the long process of getting a green card. It is a difficult procedure to go through w/ all the applications you file. With Mr. Cini's help, I don't think we would be as far as we are today w/out him. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him as an attorney & if the other lawyers in the law office are half as good as he is, I recommend them all. We got the opportunity to work w/ Robert Cini & I'm glad we did! Allot of Immigration Lawyers are just out to scam their clients, as we know from experience, SO if you are looking for an attorney in the NYC area, He is your man!!! I wouldn't look no further! He is also very friendly and down to earth, which you won't find that in too many lawyers! It's worth traveling the 5 hours to court if you are being represented by him!!

JPMorgan owns Chase Home Finance!!

A Dreadful, Awful, Fraudulent Mortgage Company! Avoid at all costs!! They loose your payments, forcing you into Foreclosure, then mail your lost payments back to you "UNDEPOSITED" after your home is sold. Class-Action Lawsuit here we come!!! I would give them a "0" rating, but this rating system won't do a "0"

You have been warned! Chase Home Finance commits FRAUD every single day, but not for much longer. I'm starting a Class-Action Lawsuit starting at $1 Million for each person that joins me, providing Proof they were Foreclosed on Fraudulently, like me!!

I have found it almost impossible to work with this organization, particularly one woman who feels that conducting business discussions is akin to playing little cat and mouse games. When queried about pricing of an image for our society archives, she refused to provide any type of concrete information, instead insisting that we play twenty questions - most unprofessional. I therefore can not speak to the quality of items because my encounters with the organization have been so "Challenging" where they should not have been. While they claim to be incorporated, I can not find in which state they are incorporated in, and have yet to discover who is the President or Chair of the firm. While thier picture archive may be large, they are not cooperative, nor do they seem interested in working with non-profit entities. On a side note, I have no idea why this company is listed on this site under "Federal Credit Unions" because it is not a non-profit financial coperative, nor does it have status as such under the authority of the NCUA which governs credit unions.
