Here's how it works: you go to the office, fill out some paperwork (10 minutes), provide them with a valid ID and Social Security card, and then you wait until they have a job for you. If you show up first thing in the morning when they open (normally 4:30 am) you are almost guaranteed to work that day. I did this and was on my way to a job within half an hour.

Pros: you can work that day and you get paid that day. They cut you a check when you return to the office with a signed ticket for the hours that you worked.

Cons: they pay extremely poorly. I did two jobs for them the first time that I worked for them. The first was trashman assistant for commercial service (much easier than residential service) with Waste Management and the second was painter assistant. The jobs paid $7.11/hour and $7.33/hour, respectively.

Your staff removed all my boxes from my basement, identified what was in the boxes, and cleaned the mold from the basement. My basement was a disorganized mess with 40 years of stuff in it! Kudos to all the guys. I am a very satisfied customer and will definitely refer your company to anyone who has water problems in their home. mold, or if anyone needs any of your services. Following that, you and your people continued to be very responsive, professional, and helpful during what for us, was a difficult time. The speed of cleaning and restoration of the entire house was amazing, and the fact that Jim took 100% responsibility to personally clean and care for our special Asian art, woven tapestry's, and Persian rug gave me a great sense of comfort knowing that some of the more valuable things in our home would be well looked after - and by someone with a great deal of experience.
