I won't give them a five, but I had a problem that they mostly handled. I had a tire they did a month ago go flat on me. They warrantied the tube and I covered the labor. I'm not super thrilled that it cost me something like eight bucks to get my shit fixed, but they covered the parts, so I'm alright with that.
