currently I don't want to disclose my name for I still am using them, but I am on a fence post between bad/good. They have worked with me trying to increase my credit score for I made a bad choice of marriage and it destoryed my credit. Finally I am getting things cleared and they approved me for a personal line of credit when I needed to fix car. Unfortunely though they did not approve me for the amount that was needed for the repair so I had to just "band aide" the fix and now the car is in need again and its been 6 months so I asked for an increase to cover the entire cost of the fix and to be able to leave some available so it does not show "maxxed" credit. In the 6 months I made all payments on time and paid well above the min payments that it shows my next payment is not due until April 2012. Well again my credit was pulled and they said I was approved at the increased closing I found that I was still not approved for the entire amount and still 250 short of getting the car fixed!! Not only that they increased my intrests rate from 13 to 15% for she said the rate goes by current fico score and due to suncoast having to pull my credit AGAIN for the increase it lowered my score 2pts below the 13 so they had to increase my rate!! I think that is wrong! They should have advised me not to get a increase but to apply for the credit card which would have most likely been approved for the 1000 I had asked for. my loan is currently only 1000! and all I asked for was 1500! They have direct deposit of my (2) ss checks which is 1600 a month and they have payment automatically taken the day of deposit! Plus I go in that day and double or triple the payment... They know what my goal is and I thought they were advising me in the best way to increase my score the fastest way so that I can get a home with decent intrest, (I live in a closed in carport with my toddler and have to use the outside door to go into the folks main home to use the bathroom! or sink and only can cook in micro!) They have ill advised me and yes let me say they lie about using Experians scores for I have my score from experian and its not what they get from experian so I called experian and they said they too have the score I have which I see is 681 cu says its 602 big differance! well experian says they take experian score and then put it in there model system that gets the number. If I knew they were using experian score then molding it in there system I would have asked more questions for I would not have even asked for any credit increase with a 602. And I really did not think they would have to pull a hard check on me again! Not only did they get it once but when I asked are you sure you can't go the extra 500 she said I will ask the supervisor and that person placed another check on it! So now Im afaird to apply for a card now thru anyone and my fix cant be accomplished again nor my goal being reached either so maybe I need to give them only a one star! I don't feel I can trust them now. And how unfair that they raised my intrest rate especially for now they say I don't owe a payment for 6 months for I paid so well!! go figure! Seems wrong so BEWARE EDUCATE YOURSELF FIRST outside of asking them for assistance for they tried to snare me in for the long haul and now I am going to have to wait before changing CU for I dont want another inquire made and I am just getting back on track and NEED a home, will not use them for a mort. from what I have learned from others and their "control" like attitude. My gosh its my money I have to gaurd see MINE and ME not THEIRS and THEM. and they blew my trust so I dont want them "using" me and my money! ANY suggestions as to a good financial institution I can TRUST? or any advice I can check in on meaning a mort with first time home buyers down payment assistance for a single mom on ss disablity my scores I believe are TU 595 equifax 585 and experian 602 ONLY have this one loan showing good for 6 months and no neg's but have 3 collections which are my toddlers hospital bills that total apx $1,800 which I do have a court order that her bio dad was and is to have ins on her which he does not so this should be on his credit not mine trying to get them off but having trouble getting it off been showing the court order to the credit companies but they say I have to take it to the original billing party to have them remove it but the original billing party was told at the very begining to bill him not me but they still billed me! I called them and gave them the dads info and told them I have this court order but still no avail. I cant afford to take this to court and its been so time consuming already! gosh... I now pay for her to have med ins!! But need my score and credit I/we NEED a home this is hard living all cramped its hard to find anything for there is too much in this room! and its unfair for my child to grow up like this in a one room for sleep/eat/play/learn/slash my room/office/teaching/ etc... we have no BREATHING room I cant even have my granddaughter spend the day or night here with us I HATE IT! sorry any idea's for me?? please only real idea's and before Christmas 2011 would be great!

He could wade through contracts really well but wasted too much of my (billed) time with "that reminds me of another client" or "someone once told me..." stories. Nice enough fella, but a little full of himself. Glad I'm done. If I had a real estate issue again, I'd probably look for another attorney to handle it.

DON'T KNOW HOW HE GOT A LAWYER LICENCE BECAUSE HE DOES NOT DEFEND ANYBODY LIKE HE IS BEING PAYED FOR.AFTER HE GETS PAYED HE WILL LIE TO YOU AND HE IS VERY IRRESPONSABLE
AND DOESN'T FIGHT YOUR CASE. THE JUDGE WAS ALWAYS ANGRY BECAUSE HE NEVER WAS IN TIME TO COURT FOR THE TRIALS.
PLEASE DO NOT HIRE THIS GUY.IT WILL COST YOUR LIBERTY.

I also haven had a two year nightmare with suncoast and they also shut down my credit card, which was NOT behind....THEN SHUT DOWN MY CHECKING ACCOUNT, TAKING MY ENTIRE BALANCE AND DIDN'T TELL ME. This is also on my credit report.....I'll give details later. We should find others and report them to the etheics board for the state over credit unions.

...unethical ...be prepared to be thrown under the bus. She did many questionable things in which I was honestly not in favor of. When we went to court, I was the one left holding the bag and the other party won a motion that dragged me back to court after a having a final mediation agreement. This happened more than once and now the order is being contested because of obvious undermining changes she made. I've had to go to court several additional times on a case that should have been resolved years ago. My case still isn't finished and it's costing me a fortune. I would not recommend her services.

DO NOT use REGIONS bank or any AMsouth bank. They exist only to
find ways to remove money from your account. I have lost thousands
of dollars due to there incompetence on 2 different occasions. One
when a woman forgot to turn in paperwork to cancel a check card
when fraudulent charges showed up, thereby allowing my account to
be drained. Then tried to force me to pay hundreds in overdrafts
due to thier own incompetence!! When I contacted regions they ran
me around and literally did nothing. They lied to me about letting
me talk to a manager and only passed the phone to another low level
employee who lied to me about his position.
Less than a year later they did almost the same thing, failing

to close an account and tried to
hold me acountable for fraudulent charges after the account was
supposed to be closed. When I finally did get through to a higher
up, he told me..... "while I wasn't on the phone for that
converstation now was I?" "Lets see you prove it" Yeah this was MY
bank.
Simply put, they care nothing about thier customers, only finding
ways to part them from thier money through hidden rediculous
charges!!!
Bottom line... WHY take a chance? GO ELSEWHERE!!!
