Best sushi place I've ever been to. Affordable, delicious, great ambiance, exceptional service... I try a different roll every time I come, and I always walk away with a new favorite. Eclectic, soft Japanese pop music puts you in the right state of mind as you walk in, and the hot saki keeps you there.

Acacia took the top spot in my list of Richmond restaurants. Service is slow, but polite. The food is perfection. (I've never seen my wife clean 3 full plates before.) Casual dress code but cool atmosphere inside. Complimentary valet.

In the week since I made the reservation they called me twice to confirm that we were still coming. That tells me it's pretty hard to get a table -- I now know why.

We enjoy getting burgers, fries, onion rings and, of course, milk shakes from Cheeburger Cheeburger. We love choosing our food through the online ordering service. I love the retro look of the dining room and have had good service when dining there (as opposed to our normal order for pick up). The staff has always been friendly and helpful and our orders accurately filled.

We made reservations for a family dinner for 18 people for 6:30 on a Thursday night. The restaurant was not busy, few people. Now we know why. The children were served first which was good, BUT when the adults' food came at 8:45 PM, it was cold...Most had ordered steaks, The meat was cold, the plates and extra vegetable dishes were cold. The wait staff seemed not to know how to serve a larger group and did not inform my mom who was hosting, that the gratuity would be automatically added (we understand that but it is important to mention it beforehand. Our bottle of pinot grigio (24.00 in a wine shop) was $52.00. The bill for all of us was nearly $1,000 ($998) for a very mediocre meal, We expected to pay a significant amount but not $1,000. Several of the adults did not eat their entree because it was served so cold. This is truly unacceptable for a restaurant that prides itself on steak and upscale dining. Very disappointing. We will never go there again and will be sure to warn our foodie friends. Bottom line: too expensive, food not served hot and in a timely manner, and wait staff very inexperienced. A bad experience, especially for the wallet.

One of our favorite spots for wonderful, authentic Italian food.

May 7th, 2010 So, I took my 13 yrs daughter and my 9 yrs son and boyfriend to Kobe for a early Mother's Day diner. When we get to the hostesses, they how many, I told them four, that the last person has not arrived yet and would be here shortly. I requested to be seated downstairs, where all the action is. They said they couldnt seat us until our entire party was here. I asked then could we have a seat at a table while we wait, and she told me, and I quote, "you can have a seat at the bar". I looked at her like she had lost her fricken mind. And so, my kids and I waited in front of the door for 15 minutes, while the two hostesses talked about how difficult I was being for not sitting at the bar with my children. Maybe the Kobe manager should know what type of employees he's got upstairs, cause the one's downstairs are wonderful! Sheri

Steve Jurina, who was chef at Millie's for years opened his own place & it is great. A comfortable bar, excellent bartenders, Jeff & Amy. Lulu's is great comfort food, meatloaf, mac & cheese but with a high end twist. Big enough for large parties, open on Mondays, great desserts. lovely designed space with art from local favorites Ed Trask & Tim Hariss. Go it will become a favorite.

Went to see Alice and Wonderland in 3D, me and a friend of mine took our 2yr olds and had to pay pretty much adult price, then bought the expensive popcorn and drinks no problem. Once the movie started we realized that all the 3D glasses were the same size and were way to big for the kids, we had to hold the glasses on their litttle faces which in return they got frustrated, then an usher asked if the babies were ok? I said yeah if there glasses fit they would be. When the 2hour long movie was over we noticed childrens booster seats which would have been nice. I decided to let the manager about my concerns and his response was Quote "We have had no compaints so far" which I find it hard to believe since it was a Disney movie and you would think they would offer smaller glasses. I PAID 20.00 FOR 1 ADULT AND MY 2YR OLD TO SEE A 3D MOVIE WHICH HE WATCHED MOST OF WITHOUT THE 3D GLASSES. Never will go back, nore would I suggest children go when you can take your 2 yr olds for free to most other cinemas!

I used to love going to Bailey's but they kinda went downhill for a bit. Recently, I took my chances and stopped in for happy hour and was pleasantly surprised that my old favorite hang out was better than before. The staff was one of the most helpful and humorous I've had in a long time! I'm so relived that the management has changed. You can't beat their $5.99 lunch and $2 tuesday
