Not too long ago, I saw Dr. Jonathan Bekenstein, M.D., Ph.D. in Neurology about a constant, unrelenting headache I'd had for three straight months.

We chatted for almost an hour about my symptoms. Apparently, I'm susceptible to an uncommon form of migraine -- so uncommon, in fact, that 4 doctors prior to Bekenstein were unable to give me a diagnosis.

I've since sent Bekenstein an email with a question about my meds and he responded fully and clearly within 10 minutes.

Bekenstein is a charming, confident, and responsive guy, but more importantly, he knows what the hell he's doing. I could not recommend him more highly.

Very un-friendly, poor attitudes, extremely long wait times as too many patients are booked at the same time. At a time when most insurance plans are using online pharmacy for reduced rates, this practice refuses to fax prescriptions for re-order, forcing one to use snail mail and stamps. I have NEVER been able to book an appointment when I have an opening in my schedule. The billing department will spark a confrontation every time. They are very rude and unfriendly. I should have never gone to this practice in the first place.
