Dr Richman has been taking care of my pets and my families pets for most of my life. He has helped us through too many adventures to count. My dogs ar ealways greeted with a smile and they always leave chewing on a biscuit. My dad brought us to be straight shooters with people and that's what I like about Dr Richman. He tells us the truth and then fixes our pets without a lot of extra tests and expense. Not to say we haven't spent a lot of money there but it is always well spent. Not too many Docs for animals or people seem to have a sense of humor but I laugh a lot at Richman Animal Clinic. Dr Richman told me along time ago that if we not laughing then it's really serious. I have sent alot of my friends and neighbors to see Dr Richman. He just cleaned my brother's dog Pistol's teeth. Finally the family can go to my brother's without smelling Pistol 10 feet away. I 100% recommend Dr Richman and his staff to everyone. They are a good animal hospital and always treat us nicely. as Dr RIchman says - : the animals come first" Then as I leave he always says to stay out of trouble.

I appreciated Dr. Thompson's personal call to me to review my concerns. He was very caring and wanted my opinion. I'm sure he is a great doctor.

Don't waste your time at the Village Veterinay Clinic in Cleveland, OH. The office manager at this practice runs the show, is an absolute horror and it seems that the docs hide behind her skirts. If you don't have all the funds charged at the time of your pet's visit, whether it's an emergency visit or not, you will be absolutely belittled and humiliated in the middle of the waiting room area. She has no qualms about berating you relative to the payment due the office. The docs allow this idiotic woman to speak for them, which absolutely speaks volumes. There is more interest in the money you owe to them than in the welfare of your pet. They actually cancelled labwork after they had drawn blood from my pet because I didn't pay in full at the time of the visit!!! What type of compassion is that? Absolutely unacceptable way to treat a sick animal. Tried to speak to the owner of the practice and he refused, letting the office manager handle the entire matter which confirmed that we never wanted to return there again. Took our pet to another doc the following week and they couldn't have been more caring, compassionate and professional. We love our new vet and would highly NOT recommend the Village Vet Clinic unless for some strange reason you are OK with being ridiculed by some flunkie office manager.

My name is Mike. I came home one day from work and saw my cat snowball, and he had a puffy ear. I seached the internet to see what it was, and found out it was an infection that caused the ear to fill with blood. Due to the fact I saw that it was an emergency situation I started to call vets in the cleveland area. I was tring to find out if all these vets had a time slot for snowball to be seen. Most were busy but considering it was friday I was not suprised that there were some clinics that were to busy. Those that could see him that friday were telling me that it would cost about $50.00 for an examination. funny huh I did not need an examination I already knew what was the problem due to the internet being such a great tool for information. On top of that they gave me qoutes that the surgery would cost from the ranges of $300.00-$600.00. Ridiculous. what happened to people who love thier jobs and can still help animals which I hope is the reason they became a vet anyways. Well to get on with it I called Buckeye Animal hospital and they were able to take him in within 2 hours and charged me $175.00 for the surgery plus all his shots. Now the enviroment might not be to the highest standards but I must say for the value it cost me I would defininitly say that Buckeye Animal Hospital is a place where a vet actually wants to help animals the way we all should and they are truly a caring hospital towards the owners of the pets at the same time. God bless and thankyou so much Buckeye you deserve this review and many like this to come.

I Called a Snip in Time recently to check prices on a Male cat Neutering, I had to leave a message, when my call was returned 4 hours later, I wasn't able to make it to my cell so it went to voice mail when i finally went on break and listened to my voice mail, what i heard shocked the hell out of me, the most meanest and rude man claiming to be a vet with 23 years of veterinary practice behind him, was screaming and yelling because he didnt like my voice mail greeting, ( i have a voicemail telling telemarketers to please not leave a message) he told me in this message "that i had too much baggage to for him to fix my cat, and to run on down the street to the next person and leave them a message to fix my cat.... for having 23 years veterinary experience he sure is not very professional, i have also heard bad things from people in the area about the place being filthy dirty, and the "vet" being very unstable. So i know i wont be calling this poor excuse for an experienced vet back, and i wouldn't trust a poor defenseless animal in this quacks hands!!

I am very, very protective of my pets, and will not generally board or have strangers take care of them (the dogs; the cats are pretty self-sufficient). Mardi worked with my mom, and she gave such a good rec that I decided to try. Well, now I'm the one who gives the enthusiastic recommendations! All things being equal, if you have the chance to use Mardi's services, don't pass it up!

DO NOT buy a puppy from this place. They make you sign a health waver saying they arent responsible for any health problems your puppy may have because OBVIOUSLY they deal with puppy mill breeders who sell them dogs that have been in-bred and come out with lots of genetic problems. I LOVE MY DOG and would do anything in the world for her...even pay for a $3000 surgery she now needs due to poor breeding practices. My puppy is 8 months old and has already had to undergo an excruciating surgery because of hip dysplasia....will not get reimbursed by these idiots for my dog and our familys pain and suffering.

I went to Puppy Palace after a previous puppy purchase fell through just to see what they had to offer. I was surprised by how many different breeds they had at the time. I ended up impulsively purchasing a dachshund mix and couldn't be happier with my decision. The price was great-only $350! The little guy unfortunately had kennel cough and ear mites when I bought him (which really isn't uncommon for pet store puppies). The sales person was very up front about this and didn't try to hide any health issues. She directed me to a local vet that they work with who would examine him and if any health problems were found, Puppy Palace would foot the bill (for the medications too!) Puppy palace is going to be the first place I go for my next puppy purchase-hightly recommend it to others as well

Just got back from this animal hospital with my pom mix. He was there to recieve his year vaccinations. not only did the vet almost give him a cat vaccine , but the substance they removed from the previous animal in this exam room was still lying on a tray. I am disgusted. he also failed to thoroughly wipe down the exam table which was covered with iodine and dried blood . he merely brushed it off and layed a paper towel down. He also proceeded to trim my dogs nails and cut them too short and had to culterize it. ridiculous......I myself have never done that before. After being handed the wrong shot records I was then asked to pay 120.00 for his services. Please do not take your animal here! It is dirty and poorly ran.The staff is incompitent and poorly trained...if trained at all.
