I totally agree about the staff's unprofessional attitude.
I liked both their furniture and prices but decided not to buy due to their salesman's rudeness. First, I was followed around the store relentlessly... I then asked for a pen to write down the names/prices of items I was interested in because I wanted to think it over and come back the next day. The salesman told me he didn't have a pin but he could write it up for me (smugly meaning he would create a purchase order for me). When I told him I wasn't ready to buy today... he told me he had to go and to come back when I was ready to buy something.
I thought this was extremely rude!!! No one lays out thousands of dollars on the first furniture set they see. lol. Personally, I felt if he was this rude while I was looking... I couldn't image what the follow-up service would be like after I made a purchase. I decided to give my money to a respectful company with decent customer service. That was a huge red flag. No thanks Daniels!!
