I really liked all the knowledgeable sales people, and they are not too pushy about trying to sell you a car. They ask lots of questions about features you're looking for, ideal monthly payment, purpose for your vehicle. I was very impressed that Bob Gillingham and Rob Gillingham were both available on site for further questions and answers. This is the best service I received from any new or preowned Ford dealership in the Cleveland, Ohio area.

I'm on a tight budget, so when I visited Bob Gillingham Ford online, I was happy to see a great selection of cars under $10,000. I found a couple of Focuses that I really liked, and when I went to the actual dealership to see them in person, I was pleased that they didn't try to pressure me into a sale and were helpful in answering all my questions. I ended up finding a 2003 model that fit my budget, and I'm very happy with it.
